I been hanging for 3 months,been doing pe for 9.My routine is warm up for 5 min then 3x20 minutes hanging,and 10 min jelqing in between sets, and 2 days off a week .I hang 12.5 pounds but started with 5 .My EQ always been great ,specially since I started PE .For the past couple of days I haven’t been waking up with morning woods ,and my penis is not as meaty anymore .Do you guys think is time for a break for couple of weeks ?any advice would be great.

I would probably suggest scaling back either on the weight, or the amount of time you’re doing in your sessions. If it doesn’t improve, then you might need to take a break. Keep in mind that not everyone has morning wood every single day.

I also do 10 minutes of clamping after hanging.

Yeah you right wetmayo about the morning woods ,but I’m so used to having them every morning.

Maybe try alternating the days you do certain exercises. To me it seems like hanging AND clamping in the same is a bit overkill. It might be better alternating between hanging days and clamping days. Clamp days should definitely be done 1 on/ 1 off due to the nature of the exercise.

It sounds like over training to me; you should take some days (a week) off and see if everything gets better. Also are you taking any new medication?

If you haven’t changed anything, I would guess it’s the meds. How long have you been taking it?

2 weeks to be exact.
