Lost my tugback!
I am new here and only been at “it” seriously for a couple of weeks. Had a read through a lot of threads since I joined and found some really good stuff that seems to be working nicely (no gains yet, but I didn’t expect anything, so I’m still positive about it).
The one thing that gets me is this LOT thing, now before you point me to all of the other posts, I’ve read through everything I can find and I can’t seem to find an answer to my particular problem.
I stretch my flaccid little fella and squeeze the kegel, but there is no movement. At all. Now, I think I’ve got a reasonably good PC muscle (been working it for a couple of years and it’s pretty strong), so I don’t think that’s the problem. So I just want to know whether anyone else has experienced this and what it means? Or whether I’m just doing something wrong here. It doesn’t make a difference what angle I hold it at, it just doesn’t move when flaccid. When I’m erect (or even partially) a PC squeeze will make it move strongly, so can I use this to test my LOT? Although, I’ve not seen anything which suggests this, it seems it is the only way I can test it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
