I was reading into this site for several months but never able to join. Last November I started PE but went straight to wearing an ADS almost every day for like 2-4 hours a day. I wasn’t really seeing any gains so I started hanging in December 3-4 days a week for 4 hours, while still wearing my ADS outside of hang time. I did begin to see gains after that. I might have gained a quarter inch in length but not much girth. So I started in January/February doing to the extreme Uli with the cable clamp. Then I was able to join the site as a member and I found out about the newbie routine (which I never did) so I got a little worried because I had lost my night wood during all of this. I quit for a week and a half until I got my night wood back then I began the newbie routine but I started just doing 300-600 jelqs a night since I had already had a pretty high-intensity routine. Again, I lost my night wood. I didn’t feel like I improved my erections or the weight of my penis like I have read on this site. Was I just over-jelqing? Also, after the hanging it seems like I have increased the length on the right side only because when I have an erection it pulls to the left very sharply, not as much as before. Could this be because I didn’t do the newbie routine before jumping into hanging? At this time I don’t wear my ADS or hang at all. Other than some stretches in the shower and when I piss I do some random kegels. I really want to get back into hanging and PE but I guess I am just a little hesitant as to where to start.

ANY IDEAS?? RECOMMENDATIONS?

START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Threads/Info is front and center on the Newbie forum, which is open to nonmembers/the public. Guess it just goes to show that you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him choose the newbie routine over some wacked out homebrew of a PE plan.

I would take a deconditioning break to let that poor thang heal up the the abuse you have been inflicting on it. Then start up with one of the two n00b routines. More and more I am thinking that the NEW newbie + advanced routine is the way to go until proven otherwise. If it doesn’t work transition into the Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine . If either of those gives you gains, don’t change what is working!

If, after 4 months of n00b PEing you have no gains at all? Then go ahead and add in a gadget if you want. By then you will have learned to “listen” to your penis and will be lightly conditioned.If you have the time to invest in hanging, give it a shot. Privacy and office work means you can hang in zero time. If hanging isn’t an option but you can manage the extender have at it! And I have no doubt that a quick search will give you routines for a hybrid hanger/extender PE plan.

Whatever you do, please invest some time in reading START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Threads/Info before you do any more PE. While some of the science behind it continues to be a mystery to our forums, we have learned a lot about what works and what doesn’t. You really don’t need to try and make it up on your own, and you might well get hurt if you keep trying to.

You really overtrained. All of those exercises are ADVANCED exercises, not for newbies.

Morning wood is bigger than when I masturbate, yes, and a lot harder. But only when I am alone. When I’m with my girlfriend I have a really hard wood. But that isn’t much different from before I started PE because I have always had a really hard erection with the ladies.

I literally read that exact link last night before I posted, thanks a lot.

By now I have been on a very extended break now for almost a month, I think. It has definitely been 2-3 weeks, easy.
