Lost my night wood
I was reading into this site for several months but never able to join. Last November I started PE but went straight to wearing an ADS almost every day for like 2-4 hours a day. I wasn’t really seeing any gains so I started hanging in December 3-4 days a week for 4 hours, while still wearing my ADS outside of hang time. I did begin to see gains after that. I might have gained a quarter inch in length but not much girth. So I started in January/February doing to the extreme Uli with the cable clamp. Then I was able to join the site as a member and I found out about the newbie routine (which I never did) so I got a little worried because I had lost my night wood during all of this. I quit for a week and a half until I got my night wood back then I began the newbie routine but I started just doing 300-600 jelqs a night since I had already had a pretty high-intensity routine. Again, I lost my night wood. I didn’t feel like I improved my erections or the weight of my penis like I have read on this site. Was I just over-jelqing? Also, after the hanging it seems like I have increased the length on the right side only because when I have an erection it pulls to the left very sharply, not as much as before. Could this be because I didn’t do the newbie routine before jumping into hanging? At this time I don’t wear my ADS or hang at all. Other than some stretches in the shower and when I piss I do some random kegels. I really want to get back into hanging and PE but I guess I am just a little hesitant as to where to start.
ANY IDEAS?? RECOMMENDATIONS?
