I’ve been using the LG Hanger the past week, I was hanging with 7.5 lbs for 1 hr and have positive P.I’s such as longer flaccid. Today I decided to hang with 10 lbs for 1 hour and while I did not get injured, my penis felt extremely stiff afterwards and shorter. I then waited an hour or so and hanged another hour with 7.5 lbs and my penis seemed less stiff and more loose but I started masturbating and then measured my self and saw that I lost 0.25 inch from my erect length. Is this a permanent loss or will it come back?

Sounds like it may Be overworked.

As long as a big can of Gillette shaving cream(7,5" or 19 cm), with picture proof in the 'full body picture' section. Pictures is the ultimate proof in the pudding, IMO.

No worries the EQ is not so good after ”heavy” hanging. It is better that you hang longer times per set!

I had the same experience, I was hanging over a tin foil tube at 6lb, 4 sets of 20 mins, for a few weeks. It didn’t seem stretched but stiff, like hard flaccid, even with permanent heat. I’m sure I was hanging two heavy, and triggered the dick’s defence mechanism to stiffen to protect the structure. I went back to using the extender only and found it much harder to extend at 19.5cm as before. I went backwards and only starting to recoup. I lost 1cm in erection length, which I’m sure is not a permanent loss. I’ll regain it fast. Reassess your routine immediate, take a week off to loosen up - less is more at this point.

Rest, rest and more rest. Start back slowly with manuals and since your already hanging, light hanging

I’m positive it’ll come back. Take rest days doing only light manual stretches until the stiffness wears off. My member gets that way sometimes with the stiff flaccid if I do heavy jelq and clamp sessions a few days in a row. I normally take 2-3 days off and it’s back to normal. But I definitely wouldn’t begin hanging again until it’s softened up. 10lbs seems very heavy. I haven’t begun hanging yet. Plan to either next month or February. I could be wrong, but 10lbs seems too much weight.

EQ always suffer when you push it too far. It’s a bummer, but reality. A day off, if you’re otherwise healthy, should give you boners that are so hard you’ll feel like your dick is gonna explode! Don’t take a week off like some guys do though, that won’t help your progress. Unless you felt something really bad happen during your set, you likely just tired the big fella out.

For the past 3-4 months I`ve had different stretching only routines and very often my penis suffers from this. I lose size in lenght, it`s thinner and gets harder earlier when it should not. I rest for 2 days and it`s back to normal. Propably just bad EQ. During this 4 months I`ve had no gains at all! I just can`t keep stretching when I see my penis smaller. My sanity won`t allow it. But I need to know, has anyone else had a similar experience and then just keep going and you eventually gain?

Sounds like you’re overworking your buddy. Take 2 or 3 weeks off and see how you feel.

This also sounds like fatigue, I’d give you the same advice as I did OP

Definitely power through. I feel as change is the beginning of growth honestly. My first 2 months I grew. Now 3rd month I’m experiencing similar effects from the same routine. I’ve loved “muscle confusion theory since I did P90x several years ago. With pe I’ve decided to run on 3 month cycles. Switching up After. My unit doesn’t seem as strong flaccid as it did when I began, but my erections aren’t much different other than a few less normal EQ battles. I contribute this to conditioning for the next phase. If you look at my journal thread. I plan to change next month my routine and add different routines in to surpass the curve. I think what you’re experiencing is fatigue and customization to your routine. Either throw in a few extra rest days. I’ve gone 5 days with no rest and 1 day with 3 rest days at times. I slacked off this week as I’ve had my son for Christmas and don’t have the alone time I’ve come accustomed to and I’ve noticed a difference in every aspect of my routine as I haven’t been very consistent. Next week I will be back to normal and can reply if my skinnier flaccid is a phase of fatigue.
