Lost 1 cm! Due to clamping?

I have recently changed my exercises from jelq/stretch to clamping. Did some measure today and to my surprise noticed that I lost 1 cm (0.39”) in length! Perhaps the length gain I previously gained was not cemented well or can it have something to do with the clamping exercises? Anyone else with the same experience?

Have you checked your girth measurement. It may have increased from just clamping hence girth is lost slightly. It is better to do some stretching with your clamps to cement your length gain

I never did PE religiously. I have probably done PE about 15% of the 4 years. I seriously need girth gain. Can anyone help?

Clamping can’t decrease your length. You either measured incorrectly or perhaps you weren’t at full engorgement. Don’t worry about that kind of thing. Unless you lose and inch, or two. :eek:

I agree 100%

I am pretty sure I did a pretty accurate measure. Also, I have measured to 18 cm several times in late August. Yesterday, I measured it two times on two different occasions and it is 17 cm (even though my best will wanted it to be 18 cm ;) ).

My guess is that I did not wait enough time after PE during my stretching period and that it would probably have gone down to 17 cm if I just quit PE in 2 weeks. I will do a little experiment and do a very short morning routine (1-2 minutes) with stretching and see if it comes back and then continue with clamping.

I am glad you confirmed that clamping do not decrease length!

Lose an inch or two! :D

How often do you clamp?


I'm a big fan of 50 Cent, or as we call him in Zimbabwe, four hundred million dollars.

I have now been clamping 6 days out of 7, into an experiment phase to see how this works for me. 3 times X 10 minutes but one day I tried 5 times. Also tried double clamping and soft wet jelq while being clamped. I am trying things out here to find a working routine.

I have already received a couple of mm in gain but I am not sure this is really a gain. If I would stop for a week, this gain my go back. When the month is over, I will really see the result.
