Have been doing penis enlargement for a while now and it has increased my libido and erections frequency by crazy but this last week I’ve lost it all and am hardly able to get an erection. What should I do?

Tell us a bit more. What is your diet like and overall health. How about your sleep patterns. Share your PE routine as well.

Is it “just” loss of erections or is it complete loss of sex drive? There is quite a difference there.

In addition to Titleist’s questions, I’d like to ask:
- Your age
- Your professional stress level
- Your private stress level, especially if you are in a relationships
- What happened in your life the week before this loss appeared? What where the major changes?

You see the pattern I’m aiming for. It’s not the physical side of things. Sex drive (and EQ) is mainly influenced by the soul and the mind. If your soul and mind have other priorities, they decide sex is not important at the moment. And that is, as terrifying the situation is for you right now, good news.

If you can find the root of the problem the cause (loss of sex drive or zero EQ) will get away. So yes, please tell us more what overall situation you are right now in.

My PE routine is:
- 10 min hot wrap on my penis
- Stretch penis in each direction and do 30 kegels
- 10 min dry jelq
- 5 min wet jelq
- Cooldown with hot shower
I do this 3 times a week with alot of edging and some erect squeezes in between.

I loss my frequently strong erections after edging for a week straight and just deciding to cum and now they won’t come back.

I’m currently 19 and have no real stress, Eat how I usually eat fairly healthy and I work out frequently.

I’d suspect you’ll be back to normal in a few days. Give PE and edging a rest for a few days.

We men tend to freak out and worry if we go through a slump and can’t get it up at the drop of a hat and aren’t constantly thinking about sex. It’s cyclical and it’ll pass. If it doesnt pass in a few days, maybe it’s something else, but my guess is, you’re just experiencing adulthood.

Titleist and, clgp7 are right. Give it a break before you make it into psychology thing which will take a longer time to fix. Jeez I have to practice what I preach sometimes.

stretching can give you low eq and hence imo reduce your drive. this happens to me most times when I increase the weight I’m hanging and last from 3-5 days and I usually hang still. just probably your bodies way of saying leave your penis alone to heal and grow a couple days. Some light jelquing would help bring blood and nutrients to the new cells and probably help heal and get back to normal a little faster just like massaging a muscle that’s soar from the gym

So I have experienced the same thing before. After carefully analyzing what I did before the libido dropped, this is what I came up with.

TL;DR. My opinion is that Diet can severely affect libido, especially during PE. It will get better with a little time.

The long version.

My libido has always been high. During PE (especially for the first few months) libido is even higher. Trying not to masturbate, thinking about sex constantly and imagining a bigger package, all led to me being even HORNIER than usual. Testosterone is the main driver of libido, for both men and women.

I have a biochemistry background, and the feedback mechanism for adult hormone production came to mind. It applies to women and how their menstrual cycles are driven, and men’s testosterone productions. (yawn, I know). Basically, your brain sends signals to produce testosterone. When there is an excess of testosterone, the molecule of testosterone itself “feeds back” to centers in your body which in turn signal the brain to slow down testosterone production.

So an excess of testosterone will cause less testosterone production. (Note, when supplementing testosterone, this process is much different. I am speaking to natural endogenous testosterone production only.)

What I believe happened to me was, when my libido disappeared out of the blue for about a week and a half, I remembered that my wife and I had gone out for a huge Brazilian (not wax, pervs) steakhouse dinner. I ate about 5 or 6 pounds of red meat. Now, my diet is reasonable and I exercise. Suddenly being overwhelmed with hormone infested meat (definitely not an organic steakhouse) is the likely culprit. The hormones in meat, well, who knows exactly what they use but a lot of them are growth type hormones, which can affect the above mentioned testosterone feedback loop.

I was in a hyper charged hormone state already, and then I overwhelmed the system and it slowed WAY down for about 10 days. Then I became the horny poontang hunter I always have been again.

So, just like others have said, wait it out. I drank tons of water and did cardio each day to try and flush out my system.


Remember how far you've come, not just how far you have to go.
