Loss of Length.

Loss of Length.

So I know this is a Negative PI, but is it also an indicator that I should start PE again (assuming I stopped because I noticed the negative PI a while ago?)?

The past few weeks when masturbating I look at my dick and it just doesn’t look as large as it did. Keeping in mind I haven’t really been doing much PE if at all. Maybe a few tugs here and there just for the sake of it but nothing for a set amount of time.

It could be an indicator for a number of things:
-Poor Diet (Calorie Deficit or unhealthy foods)
-Dehydration
-Lack of Exercise
-Illness
-Not enough PE done to maintain what you gained.

Who knows what is causing it.

How long did you do PE for and how long ago did you stop? Was it a consistent routine? Did you measure to prove there is a loss?

I think you haven’t lost anything and it is something related to your blood flow.I noticed that when I am stressed or sometimes specialy when is winter, my penis when is 100% erect it doesn’t reaches it’s max lenghth or girth.When this happens and my wife is performing a bj my penis starts to reach it’s full lenghth,but not always.it might have to do with some things that tossed said,not sure,but I adivce you to try do some kegel for like 1 week and see if everything is back to normal.usualy works for me.

In my opinion you didn’t get anything more than temporary gains, just like pumped muscles after any physical effort. No real gains, so there was no real loss…

Maybe you will want to try consistent PE for some months!
