Loss of Length When starting Newbie Routine.

Hey guys,

I’ve noticed since I’ve been doing this routine.. I’ve done it a few times on and off, I’m going to stick to it this time but it seems like since I’ve been doing it I’ve lost length and also I don’t seem to be able to get an erection long after it feels full of blood etc.. Do I just need to keep at it ? Has anyone else noticed loss of length when starting and the other thing..

The erection problem could be from stressing your dick too much. My advice is to take 2-3 days off or until youc an get an erection again, then go back to the newbie routine but don’t do quite as much of it as you have been. Let your pecker adjust to the new hell you’re putting it through. Do you still get morning wood? A lot of guys use this as an indicator on whether or not they are overtraining. If you still wake up with them then it’s all good. But if you start noticing that you’re not getting near as many it might be time for a small break. As far as the length goes is the loss you’re talking about while flaccid or hard? If it’s while you’re limp then it’s fairly normal. If it’s while hard then I have no idea. Also when you can’t get an erection do you mean immediatelyafter the exercises for 30 minutes or so then it turns back on like normal? If it takes a few minutes after exercising to get hard then that is also normal for some people. Hope this helps and good luck.

No I still get morning wood that’s still ok, yeah I just mean for a while after.. Yeah it could just be my imagination but I think it’s length when hard.

I don’t know how hard you try on your routine, but don’t worry too much about this ok?

Some people lost temporarily their morning wood (lucky you don’t), some don’t get full erection after starting their new routine. It is kind of normal. Take some days off and start it slow next time. You probably have to do some more kegels too.

You have lost some length? I had no idea abou this. You probably feel your length shorter because your girth has grown bigger?
Keep jelqing and manual stretching to have both girth and length gains.
And remember, take good care of your penis. Gain will be coming your way, don’t be rush by overdoing it or try any other advanced routines which are not for you.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

It seems like you have lost length or you have actually lost length? Did you measure before and now and see an actuall loss? If not it may just be in your head and I say keep at it, remembering two very important things. First, don’t overdo it. You can hurt yourself (or hinder gains). Second, you need to be consistant. If you follow those two simple rules it will set you up for a good routine and good gains. Don’t sweat the length thing too much.

I have suffered this kind of feeling before, of thinking I lost length from PE’ing but I found out if you can’t get a super hard erection like normal and it is very hard to get up, you probaly have worked your dick out so much that it is basically forcing you to take a 1-3 day break from PE till your erection is back harder then ever. When the hard erection does come back from a few days break (maybe even 1 day of no PE) then you should see your current length exactyl as measured before. There is a difference in measuring length when you have your best/hardest erections. :) You might even get some gains from this I believe this has happend to me in the past before when it was hard for me to get a erection then I took a day or two off and measured even longer. Also the more you try in PE and do PE you will get used to your dick going limp every now and then, at first it really freaked me out but after a few times and just repeat the procedure of resting for a day or two then masterbate to some porn or fuck your lady and you should be up to rock hard erections again in no time. :)

To be honest I think alot of my problem is mental, and yes I think it may just seem like I lost length. The program has been going fine this week with no problems and I’m still getting morning wood. I think another problem I have is over the years masturbation has de sensitised me to a point where I find it hard to get an erection unless there is direct simulus from a partner etc, except for morning wood though. What I’m going to try and do is do my routine and also abstain from masturbation for a while and try to work on getting erections without having to touch myself.. Which I believe will go a long way to improving my strength and health.

Thanks guys, I was wondering if anyone had any adjustments to the newbie routine ? I’m not trying to get too carried away yet.. I tried to do the LOT test and I’m not quite sure of the results. I pulled straight up and there was tug back then I moved down until I was about 6oclock, does this mean that I should be working on doing stretches and jelqs from that angle ? What else does that pose for my routine ?

Believe others have said: 1-don’t over do it. and 2-keep at it.
Hurting yourself in the beginning will only make that road to PE longer and harder. And it takes a lot of time and commitment.

Also, I have experienced times where I couldn’t get hard after some PE sessions, usually when my dick needed time off to recover. And have had times where I was “shorter” after PEing.

Body and dick wants to stay how it is. Why most folks don’t succeed on a diet. The dick has been at a size for a time. Thru PE you are trying to change it. Its first reaction when released is to go the opposite direction, shorter or smaller. Same way most dieter again weight in the first few weeks or months. This is where time and effort are needed, like athletes, as you keep changing your dick it is grow accused to and set a new normal longer or bigger than before.

What your are experiencing is very normal. Keep PEing.

Check the first thread of the forum and find the newbie routine as you thought fit. Do some modification as you wish. Normally, everyone’s newbie routine is almost the same, which focus mainly on streching and jelqing, but you’re the one who make it good for yourself, for example, how hard you stretch, how long your sessions take, something like this.

Once again, I recommend you not to think about the LOT theory. It’s just a theory. Forget about it and jelq and stretch in whatever angle you wish :D
I’m not joking. A lot of people had a tough time to figure their LOT out, including me :D
