I wanted to know could this be even possible? You lot may be aware of how I am on my quest to a 6.5inch girth. Well I’ve been on break from PE recently, because of GYM and my job. I woke up this morning with a massive hard on, It look so big I had to take out the tape measure so I took out the tape measure wrapped it around my dick only to find it measured 5.6inchs. I was devastated, all that hard work gone to waste. But strangely enough it looks freakin huge in the mirror and from looking down eye view.

Is it even possible to have diminished gains from resting? If jelqing is permanent why am I loosing girth gains? The only thing I’m doing different in my routine is going GYM to get my body fat under 10% so I’ve been doing a lot of cardio workout, can that be a possibility I’m loosing fat cell in my penis.

you just lost momentary size, start your exercises again and you will recover your size in no time

Every time you break from PE, some of your current size will be uncemented. You have simply lost size that wasn’t cemented. Usually lost gains which have been made already come back quickly. Just get back in the game and you should be fine.

My erect girth seems to fluxuate more than most people. If I do a week straight of just stretching and ADS then my EG goes down to like 5.3-5.4, but the second I start doing Jelq’s again it jumps back up to 5.5-5.6. Or If I do 1 -2 10 second Uli-3’s, like I do before sex, I get up to 5.7-5.8. Thats half an inch of fluxuation in my EG.

I wouldnt worry too much about it. And try not to measure too much, it can screw with your head. Just stick to your routine and only measuring once every month or two.

It all depends, We are all different. Some here loose gains, little of us just stay with what we gained, not always a good thing. Do a good execise, get it good and plumb, pull your unit and wrap it with an AC bandiage and go for a walk and walk hard. Get the blood flowing. Leave the the wrap for about 1/2 hour after your walk then take it off an then leave it alone, leave it alone. Give it a chance to rest and repair it self.

What is your routine?

If I remember you had some real rapid gains at first. Many of us thought it was probably temporary bloating from lymph fluid build-up, maybe from overworking. Sounds like that is the case.

Honestly you have a pretty damn good girth at 5.6” - take it slow and steady on the PE and you will get bigger. Remember PE is a marathon not a race.

I loose girth when I go on a cutting diet to drive down my body fat. Happens every summer for me. The flip side is I gain some NBPEL. As much as 1/4” just by getting super lean.
