I started PE quite some time ago and within the first two weeks I sustained a injury. I was doing it too much. I noticed results and I never gave myself a rest day. Anyways, I felt a pain in my groin so I stopped. Eventually the pain went away and I discontinued PE.

Now I’ve gone back to it now and again and I even incorporated a bathmate routine. When I first started using the pump, my girth would reach both sides. However, ever since my injury I’ve noticed my girth gradually shrinking. It no longer does reach the sides.

This isn’t all in my head either. I have seen a before picture and there’s a big difference. It seems in trying to fix myself I have become worse. I used to be 5.2-5.5 girth and now I’m 4.5. I am too embarrassed to be intimate with my girlfriend. I’ve tried looking things up and have seen Peyronie disease could be a factor.

When kegeling normally we can feel the blood pumping into our penis, but for me There is little to no engorgement .And a little pain like it wants to fill up but can’t. The head size has remained the same but the shaft is noticeably different. When I’m holding it, I can now feel underneath the head when aroused. I’ve also experienced a constant feeling of having to urinate but little to no drops come out. It hangs lifelessly. Its often cold and white. Sometimes a little stiff when flaccid.

I really don’t know whats wrong. Anyone else experience this Nightmare?

Probably it is just overtrain, take 2 weeks off from everything and you’ll come back new i think.

I don’t do regular exercises anymore, just rarely pump. This decline has been happening for months.

I have no idea then, there is nothing on earth that can reduce girth like that. I had a similar injury that lasted months and in those days my dick was smaller, when I got healed everything came back normal. Maybe ur still injured.

There are a myriad of variables that can effect the erection size since much is determined by the parasympathetic nervous system. So, if there is an injury; even minor discomfort or something that deviates from what is considered normal it may effect the size of the erection. The only way you can really test the performance of your erectile system is to maximize all comfort factors; this means the body and mind have to be in the ideal comfort zone (this may vary for different individuals.) For me, I need a level of warmth over the entire body and the loin region has to be in its most relaxed state which can be induced with a heat wrap or something like a tanning bed, also the mind has to be in a sublime state and at the edge of arousal.

So, if your ideal state results in a smaller erection than there probably is a physical factor stunting or shutting down your valve inlets prematurely. In order to improve the physical factors may just require time or healing induced by encouraging blood flow and rehabilitating the affected area. Vitamin therapy may also bring healing faster. But, if you are feeling some minor irritation or something out of the ordinary it very likely is effecting your erection size.

Go to a urologist and be honest so they can try to make a diagnosis.

To be honest I don’t think it could be peyrone, it would reduce your length instead of girth, but if you feel in any area of your penis some strange kind of nodule there is a possibility to peyrone’s desease.

You also said your cock goes a little bit stiff while flaccid, which is a typical sign of hard flaccid (I faced it and healed from it). That injury comes 90% of the times because you do too much, and you also said that you never took a day off, that’s a terrible mistake. You grow during your restdays, not just working out your unit, keep that in mind.

The rest 10% means that you have chronic pelvic muscles syndrome, which is also possible to heal with accurate trigger point therapy. But if you never suffered from chronic pelvic pain it’s really unusual that you have the syndrome.

I cured myself from hard flaccid just taking a weak anti-inflammatory, which healed my dick to 100% in two weeks. But first, visit your family doctor, he will help you.

Peyronies can reduce girth too(hourglass effect).
It sounds like you injured yourself and maybe developed scar tissue.
Could also be a pelvic floor problem.

You will have no other choice then to go to a doctor. He can check exactly where the problem is. they have the means to check for scar tissue.
Dont feel ashamed..these guys saw and heard worse things ;)
The earlier you go the better for you.

Stop all PE and give focus to relaxing in your head and down there.

If he developed scar tissue he should be able to feel it by touching his unit in some part of it.

yes. It definately would show up as little lumps or bumps. But could also be overly hardened tissues but judging from what he did it doesnt look like it.

He describes a pain in the groin and this might point to some pelvic floor problem or hardened tissue there.

If he is otherwise healthy I dont see how he can now solve this by anything other then trying to refrain from doing anything PE like and just be healthy.
A doc would be the easiest way to find out…

Just to see if I understood it right… you’re saying that your girth before any pe exercise was something like 5.2-5.5 and now it’s 4.5? Or you reached 5.2-5.5 with PE and then started to lose?

If the case is that you started with 5.2+, it’s hard to believe that is an actual loss of girth. Probably some kind of disfunction caused by the injury/overtraining.

You didn’t mention how is your EQ, do you feel your erections are softer? or you believe that is the same as before?

I would recommend you, like others said, to stay away of PE (and even your rarely pump) for like two weeks. I would avoid even masturbate for a while. And yes, don’t smoke too, eat healthy and drink water. And if you don’t do exercises, do it.

But if you are healthy and don’t feel it’s and EQ problem or if you feel pain or other strange symptoms, go to a doctor!

That’s why I told that was unusual to be scar tissue, and I don’t think it’s possible to develop some just with jelq and pumping or not resting at all. I’m sure it’s just overtraining, that’s all.
