I am not going to be able to PE for a little less than a week, will I lose some of the gains I have made over this short period of time?

No, I don’t think so.

PE is not a race, it’s a marathon. It takes rather long to gain, but a couple of days off will not result in a serious loss of gain.

But, look up amazing isometrics - it is an excercise that is good for expanding and keeping gains.
