Thanx HalluciNation. I have a wife and 3 children and know all about “finding time”. I started out trying to get into a routine and it was just too hard for me to maintain. I now just do what I can when I can and am surprised at how the gains keep coming. I think your goal is very attainable. I set my goal a bit higher. I’d LOVE to get to 6.0 EG but I would be greatful for 5.5. (If of coarse the wife can handle it,she’s built kinda small) One thing I know is that the increase I have made already has made sex feel much better for me and my wife. Much more friction you know. Also the wife always said she didn’t think she had a G-spot and has since found this to be untrue. So lots of confidence builders there. There are 24 hours in a day, that equals 1440 minutes. Surely you can find a few of those minutes here or there to do yourself a favor. Mostly I use time in the bathroom to do a stretch or two and a big squeeze. Maybe less intense more often thru the day can be the trick for you. It has certainly worked for me. Don’t forget: DRINK MILK ! It helps the body grow.

Hi guys. I’m new here. I’ve read pretty much everything on newbie forum and I’m ready to start. I’ll stick to the regular newbie routine for couple of months. I’m starting at 5.2 inches long and good thickness (didn’t measure). My goal is 5.9/6.00 inches, do you think this is possible without any odd injuries or baseball bat and similar effects? I’m circumsized, is there anything I’m missing about circumsied penises that should be considered? Thx in front :P

New routine for length

Hello. I’m kind of new to the forums.

I’ve tried PE before, off and on, but now I’m really starting. I’ve been doing the pretty much standard newbie routine for about two months.

My routine at the moment is:
-5 min warm up (wet towel)
-30 second stretches in each direction 3x
-10 min jelq (+ 10 mini jelqs for head size 3x)
-5 min warm down (wet towel)

I want to make my routine focus on length.

I started at about 5-5.5 in EL, a little less than 6 BPEL, and 5” girth. I haven’t been using a ruler much, but I’ve seen some results. It feels a little bigger, and looks a little bigger, especially flaccid. I’ve been getting some slight spotting recently though.

What I really want is length, and my goal is as much of it as I can get. I heard that it’s harder to gain length once you have girth, I’m not sure if it’s true.

How can I get more length? Should I jelq with low erection levels?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

There isn’t such a thing like “A lenght focuse routine” - not for newbies, at least. The reason is:

a) there is some synergy between techniques, or otherwise said, kind of team-work: two given exercises could give gains that you could not get doing each of them alone;

b) effects of exercises is somewhat erratic: stretches are for length, but somebody seems to gain more girth than length doing stretches, and somebody even only girth gains.

When you’ll know how PE works on you, you can start changes and plan your own routine.

Welcome aboard Baklava. Your goals are possible to reach without odd injuries, IMO; about the baseball bat, I can’t be so sure. Most of members here are cut, I think.

Thx for a such a fast reply.I’ll start with light scratches and jelqs for the first weeks just to see how much pressure I can apply. Red dots over the penis after jelqs ,normal or?

As you can see I’m kinda worried about this baseball bat thing since my penis is naturally slightly thinner at it’s base already.. When I gain some size (which I hopefully will) can it happen that my shaft is too short or smth since it’s circumsized?

Red dots are normal first times, but if after the first two weeks you still are getting them frequnetly it means you are using too much force on your grip.

About how your penis will lost after gains, before gains appears and time they are cemented there is a span of time, long enough to make you decide if you’ll like your new penis :) . If you don’t, just stop PEing before cementing, and your penis will return as before.

And had to stall my efforts for a handful of weeks. But now I’m back! I’ve been on a steady routine
For about 3 weeks now. My goal is to get from 6.5 NBPEL to 7+ NBPEL by my birthday in June.

My routine, first post, any modifications

Hey all, first post.. So hello to all of you guys!

So, I have been PEing for about a month now, doing some experimentation and getting some advice from here and there on a good routine, but hopefully some one will look over it and point out anything that needs attention.

1. 10 minute shower warmup
2. 150 wet jelqs
3. 2 sets of 35 second stretches (up, down, left, right, out.. Sort of a mix between normal and waterfalls.. A & V stretches too)
4. 5-10 minute shower warm down

Now, I am mostly focused on length. Therefore, I was told to do jelqs first then stretches second b/c stretches tire the penis quickly. Any comments on this?

Sometimes, during my jelqing, I take a break after 50 jelqs and do 10 mini jelqs for my head size, then I proceed with 50 more jelqs, then 10 more mini jelqs, and finish with the rest of my 50 jelqs to equal 150. Good/bad idea?

During my stretching, I go back and forth between normal and waterfall stretches, sometimes without even noticing. Between sets I will do some helicopter spins. Sometimes I slap my penis up and down on my stomach, then I cover my balls up so when it goes down, it slaps my hand instead. I sometimes do JAI stretches, although I’m not sure If I’m doing them right.

What are some things to do in between sets while jelqing and stretching besides mentioned above? When I jelq, I usually just massage my penis.

During my warm down, I use to do kegels while in the shower but I wasn’t sure if I should do them then, and exactly how many. To be honest, I’m not too familiar with kegels. I know they are a dire part of your workout, but I would like to know how many and when.

Hey peeps, joined this site yesterday, been doing dry jelqing for around 2 months on and off recently, starting 6.2”x4.5”, I need to measure again but I think I’ve gone to 4.6” girth which is nice, I’m not too worried about length, to be honest I’m happy with 6.2”, just wanted to get my girth up, it’s pretty hard for me to stick to a routine, been pretty busy lately with exams and other things, I was doing about 200 dry jelqs every 2 days for 2 months and thats pretty much all of my PE experience, I’m going to be starting the newbie routine probably from tommorrow, was hoping to get anywhere between 5.5-6” girth in maybe a year or so, is that reasonable? Also, is the warm wrap important? It’s a lil hard for me to get that sorted as I live in a house with 5 other people, any help appreciated, and I’m happy to be on this site :)


Starting: 14/05/09, BPEL 6.2",EG 4.5"

Hi guys, I joined a couple of days ago, I’ve been peing for a couple of weeks now, coming upto a month. I’m trying to follow BigAl’s starter routine from lpsg but with a few tweeks, my start stats were 7.25” BPEL by 5.25” EG. I’ve already noticed a good difference in my EQ, my flacid size has always varied greatly but since starting PE it’s been much more consistently at the larger size almost like having a permanent semi which I’m loving. I’m also working at getting the rest of my body into shape. Hope to pick up some tips from you guys and move onto some more advanced exercises in a few months time. My goal would be a NBPEL of 8” by 6” EG.
