Hello guys. I’ve been lurking for a while never was able to get into a solid PE rhythm. Just started on the 4th again. On my rest day today PEing when I’m not actually PEing. I was thinking of going for girth first and then length seeing that girth is what does damage in bed. Any suggestion, comments, thoughts?

There is an extensive debate concerning the girth vs length issue, and the main consensus seems to be that if you do girth first it will make it harder for you to gain length later. Nothings proven though.

I was waiting for the forum to accept new members!! It finally did, thank you. Although I was not a member I started using / studying the information available here for two months and I have some results to post about my gains, that’s because I often saw that the majority of the posts doesn’t contain specific data about routine x gain, but this will happen tomorrow, because my notes are at home, not where I am right now. So next post will be dealing with may routines and the gains so far..

I’m NOT a beginner when it comes to PE.
As I would put it,PE WORKS!I’ve been doin it in periods for years..
Tried 2 different pumps,but as I realised,it was ONLY a short lasting result with a foreskin
Improvent,my dick got uglier,lots of dots & the worse of all,bad erections!
My improvements comes from(don’t actually know all your names of the techniques you use on here)
Dry jelq,Squeezes,manual stretches,some oil jelq,& an Extender..
I guess the problem among many of us,is when we see some improvements,we get eager to do it MORE!
But it’s like everything else when it comes to building something.It takes time!
Arnold & the guys doin body building,would they do the same bodypart for hours 1-2 workouts a day/7days a week?
Guess not..
And what many bodybuilders & Penile builders have in common,is the lack of nutrition knowledge..
I’ve been reading a lot of nutrition.Many doctors says that EVERYONE that had a bloodtest,checking their zinc levels
Had no good results.Well,why not?We all eat good food?Or?
The best sources besides supplements for zinc is:Oysters,meat from the ox/cow,Pumpkin seeds..
Do you eat big loads of any of those I mentioned every day?If you do,congrats!
Most of the zinc is in the testicles,prostate,brain & blood..
So lets say you ejaculate at least once a day,& you eat:Oysters,meat from the ox/cow,Pumpkin seeds twice a month,
With my mathematics you will end up with a zinc level like a 10year old school girl..
Tests shows that lack of zinc will dramatically lower your Testosteron!You start to cry when you’re watching commercials..
I DON’t say that you should eat 100mg of zinc/day,thats not good,it takes away your copper in your body..

I am finally a member and it’s great to feel like part of the group. Thanks for opening the site! I have thought about PE for a while now and have not been able to try it, first off because time is a problem and motivation was the other. Since I found this site I have so much motivation and learning that I can make time. A little bit here and there will work. So I am on the journey to gaining (hopefully) and staying motivated. This site gives us all that have been below average some hope that we can gain. I will check back soon with updates, currently BPEL 5.5 NBPEL 5.0 hope I measured correctly. Thanks again!

My girth is under 4.5 but length over 6.25 so girth is what I’m after.who’s game?

Hello, I’ve started yesterday with the newbie routine. Hope I’m doing everything right. I didn’t measure penis yet, but I’m around 5 inches, maybe even less when erected and very thin. Flaccid is very small. Around two inches. Anyway. I’m sick of those size doesn’t matters phrases, sick of that I mostly quiet when people are talking jokes about small penises etc, being ashamed on the beach, always watching if someone watch me you know where .. I want to nail any of close friend of my X with bigger dick someday!! See you around. That’s it for start.

Hey everyone.

Like most of you, I’ve also been lurking the website waiting for registration to open. I was so happy that I decided to check today to find out it’s open.
I’m 19 years old from California and I have previously delved into jelqing with poor discipline with it. So I hope to see great results from the motivation I’m going to get from being a member now!


I am so happy to have found this site. So many people whose experiences I can relate to. High school locker room stuff etc. Etc. Etc.

Let the PE begin!

I’m 20 years old, I live in the Southwest region of the US and I would just like to say it means so much to me to become a member of the Thunder’s Place. I am a newbie to this site as well as to PE. I have been following a simple jelqing routine for less than a month now. I chose to keep it simple so I can focus on every stroke being perfect so I get the most out of my sessions. I have already seen a minor boost in girth, veins, and length. Most importantly I have not injured myself like most young men tend to do.

It is my first goal to get through the first two months injury free so I do not set myself back. My second goal is to gain one inch in non-bone pressed erect length in my first year of PE, a 13% increase in length. I don’t know if my goal is overly ambitious or not, I don’t care. From what I’ve read everyone has a different response to PE, and my meat seems to be responding positively thus far. As long as I rest properly and stay consistent to my routine I feel I have a chance. If I don’t meet my goal at least I had fun playing with my meat and I’ll try again in 2010 :) .

2018 natural size: 7.25” x 6.75”

2028 goal size: 10.25” x 7.25”

Plan: thousands of hours in the X4 extender + manual stretches

You sound wiser than a 20y old, Sultan :) .
