I just wanted to announce myself to everyone here. I was once registered when I was around 18 years old and am trying again. I will have all my stats posted as soon as I can. I’m going to follow the Newbie routine of course and build as advised. I believe in this stuff because I have seen what it has done for me in the past. I’m just looking for bigger and better goals and would really appreciate the support. My BPEL is about 6.5 Inches and I would like to be at 7.5. MY EG is about 4.25 and I would like it to be 5.5 to 6. I know hefty goal there but I’m committed and I believe with support I can do it. So I just want to say that I’m here! Thank you for the support in advance, and any advice you could give me on keeping mentally into it would be appreciated.

Hello all, been a non-registered lurker for 2-3 months now. Heard of jelqing some time ago, but wasn’t really sold on how effective PEing could be. Browsing this site and reading how scientific some of the discussions were pretty much convinced me, along of course, with the testimonials.

I’ve been doing inconsistent exercises on a very sporadic basis over the past 6-8 weeks or so, mostly manual stretching and occasionally a girth exercise that kinda resembles one of the Ulis or the Horse440.

I really wish I had taken my measurements before I started. As of now I am at about 6.75” BPEL x 5” EG. I vaguely remember measuring around 5 years ago when I was 18 and getting 5”NBPEL (girth probably somewhere between 4.5”-5”).

I’m slowly getting an idea of what my regular regimen will look like, influenced by pages and pages of valuable PE info all over the forums. My main problem with posted routines is that all of them seem to have jelqing (overall, the best exercise I’m sure), but something I don’t really like at this time. I don’t really want my penis head to grow right now, and until I get better lube, the skin at the base really rides up the shaft, and I’d rather not have a hairy stick (lol).

Anyway, my goal is roughly 7.5” NBPEL x 5.6” EG. I could use some feedback from the more experienced guys about girth. Like at what girth do bjs become impractical? Either I stop around there, or just go for broke on girth. I think I read that at about 5.5” EG, magnums become the choice condom, which would be pretty sweet. I guess you could say it’s a dream of mine, walking into a pharmacy in my size 8 shoes, an asian male standing 5’7” tall, picking up a pack of magnum xls. People will raise their eyebrows at me, perhaps a few scoffing. Then I whip out my meat mallet and knock them out with it like whack-a-moles. I then raise my arms in triumph and walk out.

I think it is my legs that make me feel small at times, each one of my upper legs has a circumference of about 31”. Tends to make a 5” NBPEL penis look tiny, not to mention I am what I think is called a grower not a shower, my Flaccid length never goes over 3”. Anyways, back to being self-conscious, it has gotten to the point where I find myself turning girls down because I’m ashamed of my unit, or even when I do let them get close I sub-consciously turn them into friends because I don’t have the balls to make any moves on them, for fear of embarrassment. I have two questions that may or may not be considered repetitive, but while lurking I never seemed to find a definitive answer, or people seemed split. 1. Edging- To cum or not to cum? After a good 15-30 minute edging session is a person just supposed to stop, or cum? I’ve heard people argue for both sides, I would just think a person would give themselves terrible blue balls after whacking it that long and just stopping.
2. Kegels- When it comes to Kegels does the less is better apply here as well? For example it says in the newbie routine to do 50 kegels, would it be bad if I just do like 200 kegels throughout the day? I guess I am more or less asking if it is possible to injure oneself by doing too many kegels?

PE is pretty sweet! I’ve went from 8.25 BPEL (which I’ve been since I ended puberty half a decade ago) to a smidgen over 8.5 BPEL in less than a week, with a BPSEL of 8.5 to 8.75 in the same time. Seriously, like, 4 sessions! I’m going from a skeptic to an evangelist in record time. Why is this secret society stuff?! I feel like I just learned the earth is round after 27 years of everyone promising me it is flat (a bit dramatic, but that is to say, I’m a bit blown away).

1. You don’t have to come always, but at least once in a while you should, because edging without never cumming could be bad for your urinary tract.

2. It’s not possible to injure themselves with Kegel’s, but it is possible to overdo.

Try the lighter before, if after 1-2 weeks it really seems to do nothing, try the harder, original newbie version.
