First post! Been looking at this stuff for about two months now. Have fooled around with it a little here and there but really want to get started now. The biggest problem I have when I do the stretches (mostly tried V and Inverted V stretches) is that my penis head or just below it starts to feel some pain, is this normal or am I gripping it wrong?

Try gripping with a square of toilet paper; it gives much better grip with less pressure. Start with the Newbie Routine Important Newbie Threads/Info for a while and add V stretches only when your penis feels it needs them and is ready.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Hi I’m not exactly a newbie to PE but I am to this site so HELLO fellow penis health enthusiasts!! I have a rather large problem and don’t know where to post it so any suggestions would be welcome??

I don’t know if this is related to PE. I have done kegels for about 7 months and had to stop about three months ago due to an injury at the left end of my penis (think thats where the nerves are), I’ve tried to give my penis a rest. The problem below (numbness and no morning wood) started before I began PE I just hope PE hasn’t made it worse!! This is my problem:::

I have found over the last year I have lost a lot of sensation in my penis a specially the head and find it very hard to get a full erection which makes me very paranoid of my lover in case she thinks I have a thin/small penis when really it’s because I am just not fully erect!! She really enjoys the sex but I always feel let down with my performance, mainly because I am not enjoying it as much as she is and I know I can do better!

It’s very disheartening! Is it because I smoke?? How long will it take if I quit to see full erections again? It’s horrible I never get morning wood and I feel useless with my stupid semi erections!! It’s def not a psychological thing because I can’t get it up fully to porn either?! I used to think about sex all the time and be horny all the time now I am like an old man, my fit young girl friend is all over me and I’m floppy and UN-aroused!! Which makes me think it is hormonal because if it was because of lack of blood flow from smoking I would still feel aroused right??

Please help me!!

Hi Disease, welcome to the forum.

Go to the Men’s Sexual Health forum and the Injuries/Treatments forum and have a good read through some of the posts there. At the moment, you will be limited to starting threads in the Newbie Forum, but if you want to start a post in other forums, please just put a line in the post asking a mod to move it.

First posting after lurking forever

Hi guys

This is my first post. I have been lurking on this site forever and I was hoping to make my first
Post whenever I felt I had made a good enough progress. But right now I feel, why the hell not do the
First post right now and then tell all of you about my progress later on.

I guess I’m tired of reading about guys that already have huge dicks and are posting great stats
In their first thread. Things like that that only feed my paranoia about the PE business.

I have a lot of PE history, histories and maybe some ideas and techniques(which I will try to share with you guys),
Everything of course gathered and maybe a bit modified from the information here in thunders.

Also, even though I’ve been member for a long time I have not really devoted myself for longer
That one month consistently. Actually I’m not even sure the routines I’m doing right now actually makes any difference for my size.
Maybe all of my progress is all in my head.

Starting stats:
Length: 7” NBPEL
Girth: Pretty good, according to my girlfriends. I’m guessing between 5,5”-6”. Especially a large head.
The thing about a large head is unquestionable since all women have troubles giving me a bj,
Which I’ve actually never even enjoyed because of their teeth.

Current stats:
I clearly have measurement issues, ruler angle, bone angle, point of placing ruler, viewing angle,
Fat pad etc. It feels like I’ve grown, sometimes it even feels I’ve grown a lot,
But I don’t want to post anything before I feel sure about my progress.
Anyway I am really sure of my primary measurement since me and my two best friends
Had some kind of measurement competition when I was younger and I came out the shortest, hehe.

PS:
Later one of the guys told me how he measured and as I recall he had his girlfriend measuring and his
Legs almost behind his head(sound like BPEL to me) forcing a good erection but by then it was to late for me, I had already had a full
Grown neurosis about this issue. I am also pretty sure the other guy was stating his BPEL.
At that time I really asked them: “Are you supposed to just place the ruler on top and read the results with no hands.
What about the bulge that seems to be under?”

Somewhere after a while of PE I told myself if I ever measure more than 19cm (7,6”) in any kind of measurement this shit is really working.
Well I still have my measurement issues to think about. But I’m fairly confident I’ve made progress.

My goal is 8” NBPEL.
