I’ve been lurking for YEARS! Just never had a reason to post. All the questions I’ve had have already been answered, so..

Yesterday I could finally be a member of this forum that I have glanced on for a while. I have been doing PE since the 2007/2008 changeover and I am a member on another site. Thus far I have gain about 2 cm (from about 15 cm to 17 cm) although the gains has been next to none the last 2 months. I have recently started a new program so we will see how it works out. My goal is the famous 8 x 6 (20 cm x 15 cm) and hopefully it will not take to long. Happy to finally be a member on this forum :)

It seems us “virgins” are in between a “brick and a hard place”. On the one hand we have a moderator being sarcastic and on the other hand, so much information here. It will take a year to read and assimilate.

It means “To all Italians”. It’s (one of ) the Italian language thread; it was born on request to a guy that did not well understand English; the foremost goal of that thread is to translate the basic PE knowledge to Italians non English speakers.

Seeing there is not so useful if you don’t speak Italian well.
