Yeah there is quite a lot to read through. But I look at it as years of trial and error. Loads of experience and wisdom. But I see your point. Maybe use the search function with key words? Or post your question here. Maybe I’ve stumbled across something that may help. There’s also a newbie guide. I’m pretty much following that. My hang already appears larger. Good luck you you man

Hi. I’m new to Thunder’s Place and thought I would make my first post. I originally started PE with stretching on and off and didn’t see results. I had girth enhancement with Dr. Loria, I think it’s PMMA and satisfied with the results. I have also recently undergone a lig cut from a cosmetic surgeon in Scottsdale, AZ. I am 3 weeks post op and plan on getting into a routine.

Hey guys.. New here.. My story.. I have always felt “tiny”, and never enough for any woman, even my wife of almost 10 years now. My current starting measurements are 6 1/8” BPEL, and around 4.75 MSEG. My wife has always told me I am “fine” and I am obsessed with my penis.. So I guess I am a lot like everyone here. My wife has admitted that a prior BF was “big” at some point early in our relationship.. You know when I was asking about her past to get to know her. It has always left me feeling like I need to be bigger.. Any way only to me PE.. I have always started to do it, and promised I was committed, but then I stop.. Well this time I hope to actually follow through. I have routinely in the past done “uli’s” (kegel and then OK grip hold) until I have a rock hard election.. And have jeqled in the past, but I guess I have never felt motivated enough.. Well recently our sex life has begun to recover from an extensive downturn, and I am feeling motivated to finally try and get the size I want. I have decided to go with a 2 on 1 off schedule after doing a one on one off for about a week. I was not really feeling any thing different after the first week, but I think that was in part of me not having enough time to get a whole routing in. I have also changed up my warm up to now be a heating pad (5-10 minutes), and stretch(5-10 minutes) while in bed and my wife is getting ready (she gets ready with the master bath door closed so she will have no idea what I am doing). I then go in the shower to do about 10 minutes of jelqing with the OK grip and then finish off with 2 thirty second Uli’s then a cool down in the hot-“ish” shower. This routine will allow me to do this with out my wife knowing. (yes I plan on being stealth). This morning was day one, and this was the first time when I got out of the shower by penis looked visually different. I do not plan on measuring again until day 30, so hopefully by then I will see enough of a change to keep me motivated.

First off, Frozen I totally feel you and our reasons for joining are very similar! We should help motivate eachother!

I have been hovering and stalking and researching on this and other PE forums since 2008 or so. With the new year, and some new motivation, I have decided to finally reach out and say hello, join in the discussion and hold myself accountable for some serious gains!

A bit about me - 30 yrs old, average guy. Stats are:

BPEL: 6.75”
MS EG: 4.6”
NBPEL: 5.5”
MS FG: 4.3”

Goals:
NBPEL: 6.5”
MS EG: 5”

I got married last June, and for some reason this really made me want to stick with PE and achieve the goal I had set out to so many years ago. I’m in a bit of a unique situation as my wife lives abroad while we wait for her immigration/visa paperwork to be completed, so I only visit her every other month or so. After our wedding I began a strict schedule of PE on August 1st, and went to visit her October 11th. When she whipped it out the first time her eyes bugged out like a kid at Christmas and she said “OMG It’s bigger! What happened? Am I crazy?” and I have to say after 3 months of dedication I was very happy. I hadn’t measured at the time, but it did look visually bigger in her hands than the last time we had seen each other. A few days later when I woke up to begin my routine she asked what I was doing, and when I told her she got fairly disappointed. She said she felt bad that I wasn’t confident enough and “had to do that to myself” to feel better.. Yet at the same time she said it was mine and whatever I was doing was obviously working, so she wouldn’t tell me what to do. Fast forward a week or so into my visit, and I was no longer doing my routine. I lost a month, and all of my (if there were any) measurable results. When I came home I began my routine again, and when I went to visit her a month later there was no visible reaction, but after getting a bit of guilt I once again quit my routine while visiting her abroad.

I’m home now, and will have a lot of time from now till late March, where I will go to Sweden and visit her again for 2 - 3 weeks, and then I’ll have another 3 months or so until the end of June when I’ll return again. Hopefully she’ll be a green card holder by the end of August. So there’s my timeline, and the reason I’m posting here. I’ve got about 8 good months of dedicated 5 days a week PE.
My routine WAS as follows:
10 min warmup with heating pad
7 - 10 minutes manual stretching, doing the below with helicopter shakes and 5 slow cranks inbetween.
- 1 min straight out
- 1 min straight up
- 1 min straight down
- 1 min straight out
- 1 min BTC
- 1 min straight out
- 1 min fulcrum
15 minutes of 5 second jelqs, increased by 1 minute each week or 5 minutes each month.
15 minute warmdown with heating pad
I’d do 3 days on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off. Each day before my off day I would spend 10 - 15 minutes at moderate/high pressure in a Bathmate.

I also use a noose hanger ADS, which has began to become uncomfortable and a stealth innerwear to prevent turtling.

SORRY THIS IS SO LONG, HERE’S WHERE I NEED SOME ADVICE?

I feel like I am on a bit of a time limit, 6 - 8 months being my maximum time for a solid, dedicated PE routine. My wife is OK with the idea and I’m sure will love the benefits but I can’t see her getting onboard with me hanging weights from my dick or seeing it in what looks like a torture chamber ADS. I am continuing my manual routine now for at least one month, but have read many gain around an inch in their first 3 - 6 months, and this is all I wish to put on. For maximum length gains, I’ve considered to quit the manual stretching and begin a hanging routine, once again starting slow at 2.5 or 3lbs and working my way up as suggested in Hanging 101. Ideally I’d like to compliment this with some pumping and/or moderate jelqing so I don’t end up with a spaghetti noodle. What do y’all think?

I know PE is not a marathon, not a sprint. I know doing too much too soon can be dangerous. I am not talking about hanging 20lbs and going to work, but I want to know if you believe the routine below would be a valid way to achieve as close to an inch in length and .5 an inch in girth in my 8 months.

Days 1, 2, 5, 6:
10 - 15 minute warmup with heating pad
5 minutes jelqing 5 sec jelqs
20 mins hanging
5 minutes jelq
20 mins hanging
5 mins jelq
5 mins massage
15 minute warm down

Day 3:
10 min warmup with heating pad
7 - 10 minutes manual stretching
15 minutes of 5 second jelqs, increased by 1 minute each week or 5 minutes each month.
15 minute warmdown with heating pad

Day 4, 7:
Rest

A best practice approach would be to stay with the manuals until you feel you have exhausted your gains from them, then move on to methods that would increase intensity, such as hanging, extending, clamping, pumping, etc. Jelqing is a phenomenal exercise, one that can provide both length and girth. I would stay in your current manual zone and experiment with increasing duration and intensity with those manual exercises, just always make sure to stay safe, listen to your in exercise and post exercise PI’s.

Also, for many, this is not a confidence thing, this is a male thing. Women put makeup on, spend hours on their hair, walk the mall for hours looking for just the right outfits, go to the gym (which we all do).You have lived with the same cock your entire life, you have a right to increase its potential in both EQ health and size. No need for anyone to be disappointed and no need for anyone to make you feel ashamed. If engaged properly you can help your wife see that this is just something that is important to you personally.

You have come to a great community and there are so many here that will give you great advice.

New member been lurking for years snagging advice here and there so I decided to make an account and contribute.

I’ve been doing PE and FR for about 8 years. Mostly off due to life but have gotten back into it in the last couple years. Again, on and off. Recently bought a traction device to compliment my manual stretching. I haven’t measured in a while but my starting size was 6 1/8 BPEL. Forgot the girth but it’s decent. Maybe one of these days I’ll have the confidence to start a progress size with pics. Goal is to get 8in length. Thanks for having me

Hello Thunder’s crew, thank you for this site. Ditto to Frozen.. Same boat here. Thanks for all the post, and archives of info. Basics about me 46 about 5’-10” 224lbs and eating better loosing some day and found PE in 2012 dabbled with it for a month or two and it went by the way side. About 6 months ago started changing eating habits light exercise about 2 to 3 times a week. And said still time to get serious about PE stats 2012 about 5 1/4” girth 4 1/2” results from PE was about a half inch in girth.

New mind set started back with more focused and determined to pull my cock and jelq to what I keep reading. So about 2 1/2 months ago got back into PE interested then 5 1/4” EL 5” EG

Hi guys and gals, probably mostly just guys. I’ve been doing small amounts of PE on-off for about 3-4 months now, and have been starting to get into this more seriously for the past couple of weeks. I’ve been doing the newbie routine two days on one day off. Stretching feels terrible uncut with the skin pulled back and I’m not sure if I’m hitting the ligs correctly. And when jelqing I lose the ~60% erection I start with quite quickly, which I’m not sure is supposed to happen. So the start has not been as pleasant as I hoped, going to stick with it though and hopefully get better with techniques.

The current size of my member brings me down a lot, and I avoid getting intimate with girls because of it. So PE seems like the only choice I really have if I wish to have a proper sexual life in the future. Currently a virgin, I’ve had chances to lose it, but I’ve chickened out or played dumb when a girl has been flirting with me.
