This is my official first post, and I will give a little bit of background story, before hopefully making my own progress thread soon. So, I am a guy in my late twenties, living in the UK, but originally from Eastern Europe. All things combined, this was killing my sex life - the only thing lacking in an otherwise perfect relationship! At the beginning of 2016, I started reading a lot more, and was becoming increasingly convinced that PE actually existed. Namely, I found thundersplace, pegym, goodlookingloser (yes, not really a PE site, but still useful to me). I bought an X4 labs extender and a Fleshlight, mostly for the PreE. A few weeks later I added standard manual exercises. Needless to say, results followed rather quickly! Sex was getting better and more frequent, and there were some size gains as well. Within 9-10 months, I’d say I gained about 0.75in erect length and perhaps 0.3-0.4 EG. However, I was oblivious to deconditioning breaks, proper kegel/rk training, proper edging/ballooning, porn restriction, not ejaculating daily.. In spite of the gains, I was not doing PE properly!

The following two years were a nightmare. I had stopped PE, went back to quick & dirty masturbation habits and nearly stopped having sex with the gf. This was driven by many factors - lack of privacy, mild depression, continuous stress, lack of sleep, etc. Recently this almost lead to us breaking up, and neither of us actually wants that! Needless to say, my self esteem had been crushed by that point. Unacceptable, especially considering everything else in my life was getting back to normal and I am quite a good looking guy too (I am not fishing for compliments/showing off!).

Ultimately, I have been back to PE for the past 6-7 weeks. I started pumping, properly edging/ballooning, doing some manual work and piss pulls, and stopped porn.. Well, I’d still often watch webcam style stuff ;D. Now I’m at the beginning of a 1 week decon break. I have to say, mentally I feel like I have made more progress than my original 10 months of PE! Lately we have restarted having sex, and I’d say it’s getting better faster than I expected. I act more like my former self too, and my confidence is gradually recovering.

Funnily enough, now I don’t PE for the size gains, rather PreE, ED and general health first. Educating myself through the PE forums has made me far more comfortable with what I have. Well, the gains so far helped a lot too! Nevertheless, at the moment I think my penis is larger than when I stopped two years back. I will be measuring around the end of December, and will start a progress/dick pic thread then.

So, this is my story. Sorry it is rather long and resembling a soap opera or something, but I felt it was time to share with the PE community.

Been nearly my first month of the ‘linear newbie routine’ and I can’t believe it’s been this long. Just measured and didn’t see any progress, going to give it another month and then try to decide where to go from there. If I still see no gains by then (end of 2nd month), any recommendations?

Incrementally apply more pressure ,try some UI’s ,the plan is to micro tear tissue /envelope the tissue into constantly repairing it’s self by filling up the spaces with blood flow , NOT to the point you pop an artery ,but by management and routine, and with all exercises stretching is important so is eating healthy foods rich in zinc vitamin C and folic acid ,rest is extremely important just like going to the gym ,the body needs time to repair .

Been browsing the website for a year till I decide to join a while back. Been viewing and amassing enough information, to finally convince myself to start, and try to use some of the stuff here and there but never really put a lot of effort into it as I was always skeptical, but I’m going to start next month with the newbie routine and work my way up, with full determination. I’ve been trying to find the best way to warm up but I feel like when I was trying to a while back I didn’t warm up properly, I was using the hot towel method but it never seem to work, I have a space heater was thinking I could use that for 10-15 min, maybe that will do better, Any other tips

I think we can...Little Engine’s Climb

This is officially my second post. I also don’t ask questions and just search like hell. I have almost inundated myself reading here and on some other sites as well over the last three weeks.

I’m at the end of my fourth week of PE and I’m hooked. I started very light in week one with manual stretches of ten seconds for five sets and it did it four days. After week one I found penis professor and this site.

What really got me into this was my flaccid size which was horrible and I was constantly turtling. Due to my flaccid size I’ve developed a lot of insecurity since high school. Despite being able to stretch my flaccid to 6.5” I was only maybe 2” long flaccid (if that) and 2.5” girth. I consider myself to be kind of an extreme grower BPEL 6.25”/EG 5”.

Week two and three I followed the penis professor routine (bought it before I found newbie here) and incorporated my bathmate in week three with my every other day routine. Beginning this week I went to a two on one off routine. My flaccid hang is already improving and on PE days it’s great with very little turtling. That alone has made this and sticking with it worth it.

My routine is get in a hot bath and massage for about five minutes. Then I do four different basic stretches which change weekly with 20 second holds for 10 sets. After that I pump with the bathmate for five minutes, remove, perform 10 seven to eight second jelqs and three 10 second squeezes pushing blood to the head. I do this routine a total of three times. Once I’m done I flop my dick side to side 60 times slap on a cock ring (goodie hairband) and massage for four or five minutes.

I don’t know what my BPEL/EG are on a rest day yet as I’m waiting until the end of week six but after PE and with the hairband my BPEL is 6.5” and EG is 5.5” when I’m rarin and ready to take the ole’ lady to pound town. Had to measure because I could see a difference. She definitely noticed and she had no clue I was doing this. I gave the hairband all the credit.

I hope one day this will be permanent without PE. My EQ has been amazing this whole week. I’m harder than I have been in years. My confidence is improving and it’s even causing me to drink less, eat healthier, and get back into weight lifting. Maybe I can get close to where I was in the Army 10 years ago.

I need some advice. Today I’m supposed to do a routine but this morning I had my goodie band on and the wife was feeling frisky. I decided to throw the vibrating torpedo cock ring on and didn’t remove my band. I guess in doing so I ended up pinching the skin or leaving a small gap between the two causing too much blood to pool and now I have a light bruise on the top of my pecker. The spot is a bit sore.

Should I let this clear up before doing any additional PE or should I be okay?

Haha!! No!! It’s a favorite number of mine. I have no desire to ever be 9”.

I think I have a small injury, but reading posts on here, I know any injury is worth tending to.

It looks and feels like I stretched my skin too much from hanging, and now I have a visible red spot that hurts at the bottom of my shaft (on the underside).

I’m prepared to take months off and start all over, although no one generally wants to have to start something over.

I do not think this is the first time I’ve come across such an injury, so I’m quite subconsciously, freaked out (I have read the consequence of not letting tendons heal).

So let me explain a little further: if I grasp my gland and pull SO I feel NO pain whatsoever… I’m sure that if I hang BTC as heavy as I have been, I will feel pain, so I won’t test it. Maybe it’s the way I’ve been wrapping and hanging. If that’s all it is than I should be relieved. Being cautious. Someone please let me know what they think.

False Alarm

Something was chafing that specific area. I removed anything that might chafe and the pain vanished. I’m taking precautions to grip closer behind the gland, and reducing weight.

Hi Thundersplace. I’m a 37 year old guy from Missouri. Just started PE two days ago. Figured I’d go 1 day on 1 day off. I’m going to the gym on my off days. So I’m always working muscle somewhere on my body 😁. I just joined the site today. Definitely loving that there is a community of men who are supporting one another and sharing their goals and gains. Personally looking to gain flaccid size and a bit of erect length. Classic grower goals.
