First Post

So this is my first post, I suppose I’ll want to get this out of the way with a quick question.

I am in pizza pie cafe and got a Mountain Dew, I’m almost finished and I remembered the rumors from a few years ago that Mountain Dew shrinks your balls. Is this fact or fiction? I haven’t drank Mountain Dew in years for this reason.

I’m sure I could Google such a question but what’s the point of joining this forum then right?

Hello Everyone

Hey there everybody! I just wanted to say hello quick. I just recently joined this wonderful forum and have been doing hours of reading learning what I can for my future ventures. I will be brief here. I plan on starting the linear newbie routine. I will be taking detailed measurements and photos before I start and as I go along. I’ve been lurking for a while but finally decided to start the newbie routine. I’m taking it really really slow as to not injure myself, I’m in no rush. My measurements are BPEL = 6’, EG = 5’. My goal is just to pass the toilet paper roll test (Girth of 6’), although I’d honestly be happy with 5.5’. Not looking for anything crazy, just a little girth and some improved EQ. See y’all around.

Just a newbie looking for some advice

This is my first post so I figured I might as well ask for some advice here.
Let me start by saying I definitely would not consider myself experienced at PE. I have tried the newbie routine in the past but quit after a decent amount of time from not seeing any results. Looking back I probably should have kept with it for longer but that was a while ago. With that being said I read on a recent thread about how even the newbie routine is sometimes too much for beginners. So I figured I’d start up again and this time focus on lower reps with more intense/longer stroke lengths, hopefully seeing how this might affect any possible gains and then moving from there. I’ll post my routine and if anyone has any input or advice on what I can change/improve please let me know- I’d hate to waste months doing an unproductive routine.
My routine currently is to warm up for 10 min, do 5-7 min of stretching, and then jelq 50 times (100 strokes in all) with half overhand and half underhand. I try to make each stroke 5 seconds rather than 3 and keep erection level at 50-70%. Afterwards I edge for about 15 minutes as I heard that can be helpful in gains as well. Then of course a warm down to prevent injury.
I’ve been at it for about a month now and haven’t experienced any gains so I am looking forward to seeing where I’ll be at for month two.
Like I said please don’t hesitate to critique anything I might be doing wrong, I’d really like to improve my length .

Me: age 42, location Finland. New here in Thunder’s, but not new to PE. Got some nice gains about ten years back, even kept some of them (gained about an inch (length), lost half of the gains, half inch stayed permanently). Found a girl and forgot about PE during the relationship, but now that I’m single again though I’d try some newbie routine just for fun. Quite pleased with my (average) size, but gaining a few cm wouldn’t hurt.

Anyway routine looks good. Just don’t judge any routine before 3 months.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

Hi! I’m 21 and from Singapore. Literally just found this site today and I’m very inspired to try out PE!

Starting out very small (I’m Asian.. Go figure.) but I’m hoping to work my way up to at least what people would call “average” length. So glad to see I’m not alone in my tiny penis troubles!
