Thanks for the words picodon, I plan to measure once a month.don’t want to think about things too much in the short term and get disheartened. I also plan to stick to manual work for 6 months to a year and then decide what next to do if at all. Maybe add more advance manual stuff in a few months but I want to teach myself to go slow and max my gains on this light routine then move up.

Don’t buy anything.

Hit the search button. Star with the linear routine, finish it. Stop for a week’s break. Continue with the newbie routine and finish it. After that you will have plenty of experiebce and you will create a routine by yourself.

An inch in length and half in girth is very possible in a year’s time.

I’ve been lurking here for a while and became a member a few months ago. This is a great place, lots of useful information here.

About me, I’m in my late fifties, married for nearly thirty years, currently in a new relationship with a great gal. I started having some occasional ED issues like getting and maintaining an erection which is ultimately how I found this place.

I started PE about a year ago with the following stats: BPEL just under 7”, MSEG 5.25”. Using the newbie routine for the last year or so, I reached 7.4 BPEL and MSEG of 5.8” and I kind of hit a plateau until a month or so ago. I was reading through a Progress Report of the young doctor, Cereal Guy, who referenced a lengthening routine by a Cervixhunter.

Let me tell you, this lengthening routine works. After a few weeks on this new routine, my girth has stayed the same but my length is now 7.6” BP which is great. My goal is to get to 8.0” BP and about 7.25” NBP. I’m satisfied with my girth, don’t really want to gain anything more there. But for those of you seeking length gains, check out Cervix-hunter’s routine. It’s working for me.

And the main reason I came here, EQ, has improved greatly over the last year. I feel twenty years younger, no issues with the girlfriend, in fact she is now telling me she loves my big cock pretty regularly. As you can imagine, that makes me feel great. Plus I’ve been getting lots of morning wood, something which hasn’t happened regularly in years.

I have results with 10 minutes of dry jelq ?

Hello guys . Lately I’ve done five minutes of heating , plus 5 of stretching , 20 minutes jelq , and 20 minutes pump. But do you ‘cause I live alone, but my girlfriend and my sister will live with me and I will not have this privacy. I would if I do two minutes of stretching and just 10 minutes jelq can have results?

Yes.

But after 6 months you will need more for gains.

2-3 minutes of stretching and 10 minutes of jelqing will give you some results as a newbie, but as time passes you will need more to gain more.

If you keep doing the same you will just maintain what you have gained whixh is good if you are happy with it.

Yes bill 10, that’s very true, at least it was in my case. After 3 months or so, I gradually increased the amount of time stretching and the number of jelqs to the point where after a year, I was stretching for a total of 10 to 12 minutes and doing about 200 dry jelqs. I also started to gradually incorporate squeezes, edging, and piss pulls every time I urinated.

But as I said in my previous post, I seemed to hit a plateau and needed to try something different and that was the lengthening routine of Cervix hunter I found referenced in a post by Cereal Guy. After no length gains for a while, I’ve now gained almost a quarter of an inch in the last three weeks using this routine. So yes, you have to shake things up now and again if you want to keep growing.

I haven’t done any clamping, pumping or used extenders. So far, I’ve done it all with just my hands. And only another half inch or so in length and I’ll have reached my goal so I’m hoping I don’t have to start using mechanical devices.

Until I found this site, I didn’t believe any of this was possible.
