How Do I Set Goals On This Site?

I see people with starting points and goals and I want to know how to set that.

Hi Hellofromthe, welcome to Thunder’s Place.

Setting goals may help you to keep motivated, but is not necessary. You can get motivation from several sources and keep growing just fine (without setting goals).

If you want to set an initial goal, I would say gains of 20% your length and 10% of your girth (something around 0.8” in length and 0.4” in girth). If size is not an issue, focus your mind on EQ, stamina, shape etc.

Hey I just joined up this weekend. You guys are cool. I’ve come across your site a few times over the past year looking for people’s perspectives on size, but now I’ve finally decided to start PE and improve my EQ. So guys, where and how do I start?

New member, fresh to PE.

Greetings, just starting out, got a routine going, feels great. So many more unexpected erections is the the first thing I noticed.

Have kinda done kegel stretching exercises for while before really thinking about reading up on this whole topic.

Hello everyone.
Once I am a trusted member with a right to create topic, I am probably going to title one: ” 99 Methods that haven’t made my penis an 0.1” bigger .”
I’ve tried many things: extenders (vacuum, normal), stretching (vacuum), manual exercising, pumping (bathmate, custom LA Pump), blakoe ring, hormones and finally surgery.

Now I have got an idea of what will never work out for me (pumping and extenders, due to lack of spare time and privacy).
While reading through member’s posts here , I have got pretty sure I have been expecting to much too soon.

This time I am setting a goal to have at least a 0.1” inch increment in penis size (either length or girth, or in total :-) ) in 6 months of manual exercising.
Do you think that is realistic?

Hi, I found this site 3 days ago and it has already given me a new perspective on PE and life in general (was reading some threads from Sta-kool and stuzilla before coming here). I’m doing PE not for a goal per say, but to stave off effects of type 1 diabetes. A penis needs blood flow, and what does diabetes restrict?

As far as routine goes, I go with 500 jelqs and two minutes of kegals (2 sets of 6 10 second holds), then get myself to 80% or full erection but not orgasm (making sure to hot wrap before and after). After going through this site, it seems a little extreme but I feel fine afterwards. I’ll stick with this until I see problems crop up.

You can create a thread in Penis Enlargement Basic. A mod will move it if it doesn’t fit there.

It looks like you’ve been through everything. You’ll have to tell us how committed you were or whether you were flitting through things. Maybe you can start a thread detailing how you haven’t managed to gain.

0.1” should be super realistic but you’ve been through all this. So you tell us. Start a thread on the subject, so it’s not lost in this thread.

Interesting introduction. You’ll have to tell us whether PE is being helpful for you. Yeah, I think it is a little extreme but of the 500 jelqs you are doing how many are really effective. It’s often sensible to do less work better. As a bonus it takes less time. Jelqing is quite an intense exercise, so assuming you are actually jelqing effectively, that’s a lot of work you are doing. Being new to PE also means being not particularly good at reading the signs that things are going a little wrong, so be careful.

RapeMe do the linear and then the newbie. If you only want 0.1 just jelq 20%-30% EQ 50 reps, 3 days a week for 2 months. That’s it. :-)

Panther517, if you don’t yet, start walking. 500 jelqs is waaay too much, the rest are good. I believe your cause will be helped by achieving 3 2-3 minutes erections, every day.No happy ending.

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Thanks for the advice @bill10 and @memento. I exercise the rest of the body too, but I plan on fresh starting everything on March 1. Starting light and going up from there. I’ll make a progress report thread soon.

As of March 1, 2016: BPEL: 7.0in MEG: 5.5in

Goals: Improved EQ (Any other gains are a bonus at the moment :) )
