The usage of the word try makes me think that your EQ issue is probably mental.

I ‘ll tell you what. It has been stated by some, including me, that stretches, in the first few months can affect EQ.

Why don’t you try only jelqing for a couple of months and then add stretches. Just a thought.

Hey Bill10 you know I actually started experiencing some ED before I started doing PE kind of what lead me to it but I have always been unsatisfied with my penis length. I’m 5’11 hispanic and it just looks small to me and I’ve had indirect comments made by some girls I’ve been with. Really looking after length and better EQ quality. 20mg Cialis has helped alot with erections and staying power, although my refractory period after my first ejaculation sucks. Considering starting Cayenne, Garlic, Ginger, Ginkgo supplementation which is supposed to be really good for circulation. Dapoxtein has helped big time with delayed ejaculations and I can go for like 1-2 hrs cause I have even been having some issues with that. Huh..

But you seem to have made some nice gains. Is that all jelqing? I’m gonna continue this stretching routine for a month and then I will try the jelqing for a month.
Also been reading up here and some folks talk about deconditioning. Any thoughts on that

I’m new here and have been getting lost in all the information available here. Thanks for everything you’ve all been sharing!

I’ve been searching everywhere trying to find how to make proper measurements and to figure out what some of the abbreviations mean without much luck so if anyone could share a link directly to these areas that would be great because I would like to get everything recorded and posted here before beginning a routine. I’ve also seen some members have charts and pictures on their profiles, I’d also be willing to share once I figure out how to do all that too.

If anyone would like to “take me under their wing” and assist with getting everything properly started I’d greatly appreciate it

Yes, mainly jelqing. I did some stretching though but not on every routine. Only everytime I had definitely possitive PI’s. So if I had rock hard morning wood on a “on day” I did stretches.
Cayene, garlic, ginger and green tea. I would lose the gingko for starters.
I don’t know your age but if you are young EQ issues may be mental, meaning nothing serious, just that you are not having enough fun, if you know what I mean. Don’t take things too seriously.

B10 I’m 41 so you could be right. Maybe stress or not enough sleep. Who knows. I usually wake up with a boner so guess I’m ok but will definitely work the jelqs in there. I need to do this in the shower. Is there a lubricant you can recommend that’s rated for use in water?

When I finish jelqing, my penis doesn’t hang “fuller”, heavier and bigger than normal, like many people claim. It’s just normal, at best.

What could it be? Maybe 65 jelqs aren’t enough? Or could it be the low level of erection?

Maybe too little. Maybe too much.

After my session it even turtled up a bit and it was not easy to get hard.
After 5 minutes of constant stimulation, I got it. Than did some kegels, squeezes and edging.
Woke up feeling kinda hung and full.

I have a question for some vets.

Have any of you attempted to compound your weekly routine into one day, that way you have more rest days? I came upon the idea after reading somethings about some people who’ve had gains after having Priapic episodes.

My initial goal was 8 x 6, but having spent so much time on PE and not making many strides, I think I’m going to aim for a lower goal. I’m going to go for a quarter inch in girth, and call it a day.

Goals are just goals.

In order to achieve your goals you need a process in place.

So far you haven’t achieved what you want. So you need to research and set a process in place. Be consistent with that routine. Evaluate and adjust as needed.
