Hello,thought I’d say hey,I’ve been a follower for awhile but not sure if I ever posted or not. I’m currently using the bath mate and beginners jelqing routine. I’ll post pics if someone doesn’t mind telling me where? I believe I’m somewhere around 7” long and I think 5-5.5” thick. Hoping to gain an inch or more in girth and length. Any tips are appreciated! Thanks for everyone who helps with this site! Lots of good info!

Good Afternoon Gents,

BPEL is 7. I have goals of.. Whatever I can achieve. Mostly interested in length first, then girth. 9.5-10 would be a grand end-state, with girth gains that keep me in proportion to how I am now. I’ve never really been a girth chaser.

I’m not terribly interested in flaccid hanging measures either, except for the “curb appeal” with the wife (but let’s face it, after 3 kids, her wanting to screw is a function of her hormones and how little sleep she’s gotten). What’s more, I actually have enjoyed being a ‘grower and not a show-er’, since I have such a concussive/fighting sporting history.

On background, I struggled with anxiety induced ED in the late teens and 20s. Used ED meds later on to help with condom use/safe sex. (Condoms always felt like a plate-spinning act to get on, and killed many an erection). Like many here, I’m competitive and interested self-improvement, and PE is just another manifestation of that.

Physique: 6ft 250lbs, but coming down. 39 Years old, Married, Father of 3. Former Marine Capt/Rugby/D3 College Football/Tournament BJJ/Bouncer (your basic, lame, standard, Internet Tough Guy).

Have been on the newbie routine for 2.5 weeks. Have noticed strong differences in flaccid hang, EQ, and morning wood. Have been following a 2 on, 1 off strategy. Also, it feels great and is fun!

I’m interested in more advanced techniques after these first 2-3 months of conditioning; I’m thinking of going the hanging and pumping route. Have sought out a mentor who’s been great about responding to the couple of questions I’ve sent via PM. Great community you have here!

Jst357, you can post pics in the “Progress Reports and Pictures” forum. Click on [i]manage attachments[/i[ and off you go.
Also, seriously consider getting some accurate measurements along with the beginning pics. (Sounds like you’re pretty big already!) Without accurate beginning stats you won’t be able to measure your progress.

DarthDerpDerp, your self-description cracked me up! (your basic, lame, standard, Internet Tough Guy). With a sense of humor like that, I think you’ll fit in nicely here!

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

New here and am reading up on everything.

Giving PE another go after like 5 years. Still have some discoloration, (what appears to be) burst-ed capillaries / veins from back then so I will be real gentle / start slowly this time.

Newbie looking for advice

I’m a long time lurker and been doing PE for 6 months now. I’ve tried a few things but haven’t really been consistent enough as I don’t feel I’m getting anything out of it. I’ve learned that different things work for different people and I’m still trying to find what I think might work for me. I tried bathmate x30 for a few weeks but gave up on it as the results were only temporary at best and mostly girth and would never stay. I’ve tried VLC tugger and it was a good ADS for me as I’m uncut but had to wear it around the waist as I walk around alot at work and it wouldn’t stay wrapped around my leg or I felt like I was cutting circulation to my leg from the band. I have little privacy. Probably like a 20 min window in the shower is my only privacy as I’m married with children. I’m really determined to gain 1-2 in length but just want don’t want to waist my time with something that will not give me any results. Below are my stats. Looking to you veterans for some advice.

Also, read Tom Candow PE remedy and he suggests blue green algae 2hrs before you do your PE as This is when the stem cells will be most prominent in your blood for repair,etc. Anyone know about this? Tried it? Did it help?

Hi everyone, been looking around on here for some time now and practicing PE half arsely for awhile, now but have decided to start a proper regular routine,

My planned routine is to use the bathmate for warm ups and then a combination of jelqing and pumping, have had promising results using bathmate over the last six months but find its not quite the right size for me at the base and I am finding it inconstant during use for proper pumping, so I have ordered a Leluv pump with gauge to use, I will continue to use the bathmate as the warm water works well for warming up, but will use Leluv pump after warm up for greater accuracy and hopefully gains.

Quick advice.
Get some BP measurements. NBP is unreliable and you will doubt your growth. Especially if you have any changes in your weight.

Start with Mem’s 15 Minute Routine

Be consistent with your PE. This is very important.

If you are to invest in anything at all, buy yourself a cheap notebook for about a dollar. Log in your exercises and your monthly measurements. You can give everything initials so people don’t understand what you are writing about. I use this notebook for tracking exercising also. So the PE stuff is just underneath my weight lifting and body weight exercises. Since I have arm, chest, and leg measurements, people would never question a few more numbers scribbled on a page.

I would shoot for minimum of doing 90% of your PE workouts. At the end of the month you don’t want to see that you missed half your sessions.

After you have been consistent and doing Mem’s routine for a few months you can modify as needed. If you need to add anything to the routine just do it in a split session if your time is very scarce due to family being around.

I wouldn’t pay for any type of information that you could get for free. People have been gaining for years before Mr. Candow and blue green algae.

However, it is your money and you can do what you want with it.

I personally believe the biggest secret to PE is consistency. This secret also applies to almost anything in life.

Thank you for your reply BH. I do believe the key is in consistency as you so clearly stated but also in finding the exercise that will work best for oneself. I’m no expert and I am learning the ropes as I go, so I do appreciate any and every advice I can get from anyone whom has been at this for sometime. I have started a routine as follows and will give it a month before I move on to trying mementos 15min. Also making notes is duly noted. I agree regarding the bone press measurements but not so caught up on that as I’m respectfully not overweight.

2min warmup
1min stretch in all directions
30 sec helicopters up/center/down
1 min v stretch
1min inverted v stretch
I do this while in the shower letting the hot water hit my penis
I try to dry jeq after this 50-100 times but most times I can’t get a 40-50% erection. Think I’m also experiencing some EQ issues. Might have to work in some kegels while I stretch. Not sure if I should do forward or reverse kegels. Any thoughts?

Regarding the blue green algae just rhought it was an interesting aid if it is to hep in the repair aspect of PE

Btw BH I’m doing this routine 5 days on and 2 days off
