New techniques or theories for flaccid length?

Hi everyone,

My first post. This forum has an answer to everything. I am just wondering if anyone as any new ideas on increasing flaccid length. I have been searching for techniques or methods for increasing flaccid length. I have not seen any new posts on this forum about this subject, so I thought I would ask here. I pm’d Marinera a similar question and he suggested I post and ask everyone. He did answer me though: light sessions of dry jelqs and to try fowfers. Thank you Marinera.

My search has shown that every PE technique can increase flaccid length in some people.

I’m just trying to get an idea of the top 3 I should consider doing.

What clgp7 said. Never mind length or girth.Start with the routines first, see what kind of gains you are having, how your penis is responding and then make specific adjustments. Unless your girth is over 6. Then you may wanna focus on length primarily.

Overcoming Fears -Very long - sorry

Hello all! Sorry if this is long winded, but I really want you all to understand me and why I’ve never posted. I’ve got a lot of issues, so any help or advice is greatly welcome.

I’ve been a long, long time member and have always been leery of posting, for fear that I’d be found out if anyone ever went through my computer. I’ve tried, without fully committing, to stretching and following a newbie routine, but my penis has always felt like there was no “give” to it, so stretching didn’t feel like it did anything. My starting stats are 5 1/2 BP length by 5 3/4 MSEG. My flaccid is basically my head poking out with lots of loose skin around it. Looks short and stubby to me from my overhead view, especially on my short and really overweight frame.

I have always had insecurities about my penis and it has severely held me back from sex throughout my life. I’ve passed up sex so many times in my life due to my thoughts and feelings about myself. In high school, I was decent looking with a really nice body from working out a lot at the gym. I can remember having to make up excuses why I couldn’t “follow through” with girls, going from simply flirting to “closing the deal”. One time, at a party, I was making out with a really good looking girl in someone’s bedroom and she suddenly stripped naked and jumped on me. I panicked. I really wanted her but couldn’t bear the thought of what she might say about my “perceived” small penis and how the word might get around school about how small I was. I pretended to have to throw up and ran to the bathroom. I played it off like I was too sick and drunk to be able to have sex. Encounters like this occurred several times in high school. I had no idea what how great things could have been if I had known that my size was average, actually way above average on the girth. I’m sure the high school girls, in particular, probably hadn’t seen many, if any, my girth or above. I had just heard so many of the girls brag about how they had sex with guys with 8 inch penises and that they thought that was the average size. That just made me even more insecure.

I even passed up playing high school football for fear of having to get naked in the locker room with other guys. Pathetic, huh?

After high school, I joined the Marine Corps. It didn’t get better. Boot camp sucked. Twelve weeks of showering with over 80 guys. I panicked every night when I had to get naked.

I always wished I could make my penis bigger. I found TP over 10 years ago and began reading all I could. I read on here years back about clamping, so I decided to give that a try. I absolutely loved it. Felt so good and I’d gotten such great expansion from it. I would clamp as normal but then after about 20 minutes I would slowly push the clamp towards the head in a jelqing motion. My head would get huge! I also bought a Bathmate and used that quite a bit. I gained about an inch of length and half an inch of girth from combining the clamping with the pumping, and only really did the clamping with any sort of consistency. At 6.5 inch EL x 6.25 inch EG, it still looked short to me looking down on it from above. I couldn’t really “sense” the gain in girth, though. Really odd, I think..

I was a virgin until the age of 32 due to these damn insecurities. Since then, I’ve been lucky enough to be able to afford to have sex with over 250 hot strippers and prostitutes. About three years ago, I was diagnosed with Bipolar Depression. This depression has completely taken over my life. I stopped caring about everything, including my real estate business. I’ve lost control of my life and now live back with my parents. I’ve lost the bulk of my business. I’ve been through three periods of being suicidal, having actually tried twice and failed. I have no friends and really don’t get out of the house much. I’ve got severe social anxiety now. I’ve gained 75 pounds the last three years, making the social anxiety even worse since I hate how I look. I have no desire to work out at all. My belly hangs over my waist. I really look bad.

Over these three years, I lost all the gains on my penis and I’m back to my starting stats. My shrink finally has me on a good combination of meds, but now I have no sex drive and can’t get an erection. I can watch loads of great porn and barely get a tingle in my dick. At least I’m feeling better now about myself, but the impotency is depressing, in and of itself.

About three weeks ago I decided to try the “newbie routine” but can’t get enough of an erection to jelq. I’m completely limp. I’m just going to stick to stretching for a while and hope that gets some length gains. I warm up like directed and really feel like I’m getting a good stretch for the first time. This is encouraging. My flaccid is looking much better. Most days it hangs about two inches. Much better than just a head sticking out of my body..

Sorry this has been so long. I hope at least one of the members here reads this and has a suggestion for me regarding the jelqing. Any suggestions for improving my life would also be greatly appreciated.

Life can be hard sometimes. I think, to be honest, that you should concentrate on getting your whole body in shape as main thing. Sure, you could do PE too but I think you should try to find your best way of training your body. If it is running, working out at gym, swimming or what ever. Use the training to form a structure in your life. How you do this is of course personal. I like to get up early and go to the swim hall the first thing I do. It gets me started and I gain energy that way. But you have to find out yourself what works best for you. The main thing is to get structure in life. If you loose weight and get your body in shape you should gain some self confidence to start with.
When it comes to the jelqing I think you should start to do kegels first. Kegels helps you to get an erection easier. Another advice would be that you should stop watching porn. Maybe even stop masturbating for awhile. I try to change up the jelqing abit by trying different grip. Sometimes overhand. Sometimes downward and so on. I use as much force as I can without hurting my penis. My hands hurt though hehe .

Mate…..first of all your current size is of average length and big girth. Bigger girth than mine.

6.5X 6.25 was a BIG overall penis. Period. The girls were telling the truth.

You don’t need an erection to jelq. You can jelq flaccid or close to 10% erection. You will see results in length.Just jelq.

If you are on medication you need to gradually quit. Gradually. We don’t want you to go cold turkey and have bizzare thoughts in your head.

Last thing.Try it if you like. Natural anti-depressant. Go buy a litre of tsipouro. It’s similar to ouzo.Both greek alcohol drinks. Not ouzo. Tsipouro. If you go to a greek store they will know what you are talking about. Buy 200 grams of greek corinthian raisins. Not any raisins. Corinthos is a greek city that has a climate that produces top quality black raisins. Put the raisins inside the bottle of tsipouro. Refrigerate for 15 days. I’ve been coming here for a while since 2008 and I’ve actually had a few profiles that I lost passwords too.

I’m about to Start my journey at 28 and man I’m scared af. Nice way of putting it. Becoming a good and giving lover is often to everyone’s taste but you are right that we all have kinks that need to be understood and catered for.

The Newbie Routine is the best place to start, irrespective of your desire to gain girth more than length. It will help you understand the mechanics before you use those mechanics in potentially more risky ways to go a particular route.

New this forum and I hope this fits in the right thread. So when I jack off when I begin to reach the ponr it feels as though I need to squeeze my penis (think squeezing your bicep during curls) before ejaculating. It’s not so much I “need” to it just happens and I can’t control it, almost like an involuntary contraction. Is my penis too sensitive or something?

I used to ejaculate without any issues and I would just cum without hesitation or holding back. How do I focus on the “release”, I’ve tried and tried but I get to the point where I kind of can just “let go” other times I get halfway and tense up. I remember having a nocturnal emission and waking up throughout and the rhythmic contractions were in full force - no tensing, no restrictions, just pure ejaculation.
