Well, I didn’t post here because I didn’t know where to make my introduction post! Wasn’t super easy to find this, but then again, I didn’t look too hard. Oops.

I’m 22 years old. From West Virginia. I study business. I’m a huge martial arts fanatic, and love to throw some weights around.

5 foot 6, 155 pounds. Fairly lean. Current erect length is 7 inches bone pressed, 6.75-ish without the press. Girth is slightly under 6 inches, midshaft.

I’m currently just doing some simple manual stretches and tons of kegels. Kegels almost every day, I’m getting better at them. I do the stretches as often as my penis can handle them. I’m sure to give it plenty of recovery time. I’ve only been doing this for a month or so, but I feel like I’ve made some small gains - but then again this may just be from the kegels improving my erections. Did not start measuring until about a week ago.

I really don’t want a bunch of girth gains, though I’m sure I’ll have some. However, length would be nice. I’d like to be around 8 inches in length. Shouldn’t take me too long if I’m consistent, right?

Hello, just wanted to say thank you for allowing me join this great group. I have spent the last few days reading and learning from all the great members here. I look forward to being here for many years along my PE journey to meet my magic goal. Little back story of me. I am a long time pumper which recently learned about jelqing and PE techniques. Please Help

I am completely new to site and figured that I would ask vets. I bought a Quickextender deluxe, as well as a bath mate. I watched the instructional videos for each, as well as did Internet searches for each device, and I opted to combine the two for length and girth respectively!

Approximately four years ago, I bought an X4 and tried it twice. It was quite uncomfortable. My measurements are 6 x 5.5, all I wanted was an extra inch! After the second time, in which I fell asleep out of sheer exhaustion, I know like a dumbass, my penis was cold, spongy, and floppy. There was a bit of pain not unbearable along the undersurface of my glands, which was spongy. Needless to say, I threw the device away. I freaked out, and was unable to get a full erection. In fact my flaccid state was smaller than baseline. I did a lot of googling, which maybe I shouldn’t do, and was utterly disappointed. My erection quality was extremely poor, and even when I got in erection, it would go away quickly ! I suspected a venous leak. I did nothing, but this spontaneously went away in about 2 to 4 weeks.

So, this time, I decided to give it another go, including warm-up exercises which composed of heat. I alternated days of the quick extender, starting at 4.4 per my customized length, and did five days of three hours apiece, checking my penis about every hour. At nights, I would use the bath mate for approximately 10 minutes, and only used it three times during this five day period. Everything was fine initially. Well today’s ago the same thing happen. At the base of my glands, there is a focal out pouching, my glands is squishy, and my penis has actually retracted. What the hell happened, and what the hell am I doing wrong? Is this injury permanent. I can’t even get an erection right now, I have rested for two days, and have done kegel exercises. I note that my sensitivity is decreased. Any help is appreciated. Same symptoms as before. Should I give up?

Your penis is defending itself. Don’t touch it for a month. No kegels, no nothing. Let it rest. Apply only heat when it’s possible. You’ll be fine.Your penis is just tired. We are all have been there. Don’t worry.

As you said it. Turtling. It retracts cause you fucked it up. It will probably behave like that even to the smallest touch, so leave it alone until it gains its confidence again. It will happen.

You just overdid it. Pretty common.

Thanks bill! I’m using a heating pad as we speak! No blisters, hematomas or anything else! Just soreness at my glans. My plan was to do 5 days on, 2 off. When it heals should I do 2 days on, one off? What should I do differently? I followed instructions for quickextender, and used bathmate for 15 minutes x 3 times. It is a bit discouraging!

Mate I can’t tell you that. I would say do what you did reduced by 30%.

But keep in mind that there are people here way more experienced than me. You should ask them. Start a thread or PM them.

If it is only a glands pain it won’t take too long to heal. When you heal, measure your erection. Perhaps you will be a little bigger.

I said WHEN you heal. Don’t force any erections now. Except morning woods. If you measure gains PM me to explain what happened and give you my thoughts.

I was the same case as you when I started. Took me 10 days to fully recover and I measured bigger. If that will be the case for you, I ‘ll let you know how ti works for us cause you might be more of a less is more guy.

Patience and you’ll be fine. By fine, I mean no pain at all and morning wood.

I first found this site when I was looking for options to increase my load capacity basically so it just feels better.

I am happy with my size but after reading quite a few posts has left me curious. I looked in the glossary for the abbreviations mentioned in the bottom of some posts but haven’t got a clear picture to what they mean, can somebody please elaborate on this (BPEL etc.)

I have just started dosing on Lecithin as I have read this can help so let’s see how that goes!

The abbreviations are explained in the glossary, and if you hover your cursor over the acronym it identifies it. BPEL=Bone Pressed Erect Length.

Soy lecithin will fuck you up. Too much estrogens. Sunflower lectihin however will do an amazing job. You can look it up.

Alternatives, eat one raw egg yolk every day.
