AaronK, welcome to the club. It’s really hard to say exactly because all of us gain differently. Most guys seem to have a big growth surge during the first few months of doing the Newbie Routine. And most guys gain length easier than girth. For what it’s worth, I gained the 1” in length you’re looking for in about 6 months. And I gained about 1/4” EG during the same time. But remember, your results will probably be different. Just start with the Newbie Routine and see where it takes you.

Showering for a warm up can be hard, you need to apply the heat as closely as possible and as warmly as possible. You’ll know when you’re warm, the tissue will be more malleable, so you can probably answer that question better than me. I applaud your starting restraint, it’s a good plan.

In the shower wrap a small towel around your penis and pour hot water on it as often as possible

I would say 1.5 to 2 years for permanent results. It’s not that hard. It just needs commitment.

Just wanted to get my first post out of the way. I’ve read up on and messed around with PE for a few years now but I’ve decided I want to stick with it consistently. I’ve seen some results from the short periods that I have tried it and figured I could really reach my goals if I just stuck with it.

What mainly brought me back to PE is the fact that as I’ve gotten older and packed on the pounds my penis size has really taken a hit. I don’t know if it’s all due to the growing fat pad, decrease in testosterone due to age and lack of exercise, but I plan to figure it out and get back on track.

I’ll be tracking my progress and techniques closely so that I can be of help to anyone who may be in a similar situation. I’m also very curious to see how my weight loss effects my size gain or at least perceived size gains.

Started with Newbie Routine

Hello to all members!

Thanks a lot for the valuable information.It’s been a week since I’ve started the newbie routine and it is working well for me. My EQ is better. I know that I have to be consistent and the results will come.

My BPEL is 5.43 and my EG is 4.13. My personal goals are 7 ” BPEL and 5.6 EG. I have a lot of work to do, so please wish me good luck.

I will post frequently on the progress forum section how the PE works for me.

Been jelqing and light clamping inconsistently for 3 months now. Clamping morning/night daily for 2 months.
Only progress has been fuller erection quality
I didn’t know before jelqing how poor my circulation was to my unit. I would be stiff as wood but not swollen with blood. After all this jelqing I see my unit stiff and full with blood how it should be. Morning wood is stiff but not full, it just doesn’t live up to its potential.
(Generally I have poor circulation in my body)

Purchased bib hanger, but haven’t started yet, I’m learning all I can to do this right, to avoid injuries/ loss of time
-Too many abbreviations for this new guy here is there a glossary?
I reference to hanging I would like to know the terms abbreviated which describe hanging angles or hanging techniques

Newbie here. Lurked for a few years, never had the urge to start until recently. Currently scanning threads looking for a good beginner routine. Just thought I would lose my “post virginity” and get it out of the way. Looking forward to making some gains.

Begin (3/15): BPEL 5.9in EG 5in -- Now (7/15): BPEL 6.5in EG 5.15in -- Goal: Happiness and 7.5in by 6in

Hooyah, to my first post on Thundersplace. I open my account in 2011. Up until March 7, 2015, I was very inconsistent with my routine. In the past 4 years before March, I probably committed to a routine on 3 separate occasions, each occasion lasted less than a couple of weeks, so I never gained. I never had the burning desire to grow my penis until this year.

On March 7, I started with a BPEL of 158mm (6.22”) and med girth of 133mm ( 5.25”). The BPEL measurement is with a ruler. I have a upward curve, so with a measuring tape it’s about .25”-.5” longer, but I’m using a ruler for accurate and consistent measurements. The last time I measure was on June 20Th, 2015. My BPEL was 17 cm (6.69”) and my girth was the same :( . However, I’m not too worry about girth until I reach a BPEL of 7.5” or my length goal of 8” inches. With that being said, I still would love to gain a little bit of girth while reaching my length goal. My final goal will be to develop a BPEL of 8” and a girth of 6.25”.

A few things I want to attack during my long term journey:
Decrease my left curve due to an uneven CC.
Fix my baseball effect via hanging or clamping.
To reach my BPEL and girth goals.
Grow a healthier penis.
Acquire as much knowledge through this awesome community and return the knowledge I gain to other members.
