Hanging or using any kind of device (pump, extender, clamps etc.) is typically never recommended for someone new to the PE game. A large reason that we strongly recommend the Newbie Routine is that you need to get your penis conditioned for the more rigorous and advanced exercises. (Hanging, clamping, pumping etc.)

Best suggestion: Do the newbie routine for a few months and see where it takes you. Good luck.

I’m nineteen years old and new to the whole PE scene, and I’m going to start next week Monday with the Newbie Routine. I’ve done some searching and was amazed by the extensive amount of information I’ve found; it answered all of my questions and gave some some valuable insight on everything. I’ve set a goal, and I hope I can reach it. However, I’ve been thinking of setting a middle goal and once I’ve reached that, cement it, and move on the ultimate goal in the end.

PS: Apologies for my English. I have some trouble with it.

Brazilian newbie

Hey dudes! I’m a 21 yo guy that is unsatisfied with my penis size. Although I’ve heard about PE few years ago I’ve just started my PE race on November 20th 2014. I’m reading everything I can here and in a Brazilian forum about PE. I expect that I can get my goals soon and learn with all of you!

Hi everyone, this is my first post. I’m reasonably happy with my size (though clearly not that happy or I wouldn’t be here). I’m 22years old, 6.8” EL and 4.8” EG. I’m mainly going for girth, 5.5” goal. Anyway, anybody who wants to talk about increasing girth get in touch!

So I have already popped my cherry but I am still very new at all this. I did get some good in site and direction as to where to find beginner routines and also how to gauge the intensity of my workouts based on what my dick is telling me. So thank you all again for sharing and helping me get started. I do have a question regarding “realistic expectations” as far as gains go. My question is simple. I am about 6” erect and haven’t taken any girth measurements. I would like to know if it is realistic to gain 2” in length and in what kind of time frame will I be looking at? I will be focusing on lengthening first and then work on girth. Any thoughts on this would be welcomed!

Welcome jte0311. I hope your time here is fun and fruitful. A 2” length gain is quite significant. It’s possible, but will take some serious effort and time. The thing about PE is, everyone is different. We see some guys gain length relatively rapidly, but can’t seem to gain girth. Some are the opposite. Some have a very hard time gaining anything at all. Firstly, get some accurate measurements. Without them you can’t realistically gauge whether or not you’re gaining. If possible, take some good pics, too. You needn’t post them, but it’ll be good to have them for future reference. Start with the newbie routine, set some smaller, short-term goals, and see where that takes you. Good luck.

Welcome also to Luvnjess. Your current girth is already quite large. 6.5 girth is huge. I think your goals are probably doable, but the conventional wisdom is to work on length before girth. (and consider if a girth that size is realistic for what you want to use it for):eek: Good luck!

Thankyou clgp7 I had always thought my girth was on the low end. I’m glad I was wrong. I do have a question ever since I started hanging my dick feels heavier my wife is the one that noticed it. Is that normal?

Hi everyone. I started newbie routine week ago, I’m reading a lot on this forum. I mostly want better ESQ, to be rock hard longer. I’m okay with my present unit but a little bigger would be better, I only don’t like my fat pad :/


Bpl 7.2 npel 6.5 mseg 5.4 bseg 6 . 0.5 inch lenght and 0.5 inch girth and will be happy
