Hey I am brand new to this I would love to do the stretches, hangs, and tension wraps so I can get a longer and thicker penis. I was wondering if one of you great people would be able to help me out with this and tell me exceed use routines and everything that I need to do and possibly give good explanations or something that would help me know how to do these. Already been posting on some topics but saw this thread and figured I might as well do the intro as well.

Been lurking on various forums for a while, but finally decided to give PE a go and see if it is real or not since there is really nothing to lose (skeptic in me). Like any guy, I’d like to be larger, and even if I could gain an inch in length and half an inch in girth I’d be happy, but I am hoping for a lot more. I’ve also already seen a bit of a gain about 6 weeks in — currently around 7.1 BPEL/6.4 NBPEL, 5.2 MEG and 5.4 BEG compared to original stats in my signature. Flaccid is also up to 4.25-4.5 (not pressing in), so I am hoping to become a real ‘shower’ as well.

Current: BPEL 7.9"/NBPEL 6.75" MEG 5.2", BPFL 6.5"/NBPFL 5.5" FG 4.4"


Realistic Goal: BPEL 8.5"/NBPEL 7.5" EG 5.5" | Optimistic: BPEL 9"/NBPEL 8" MEG 5.75" | Dream: BPEL 10"/NBPEL 9" MEG 6.5"

Another newbie

Been lurking here and elsewhere for a while whilst I made my mind up to give PE a serious go.

There’s lots of contradictory information/opinion out there, so I think it will take a while of doing the exercises for myself before I can begin to make sense of it all.

Current measurements are as follows:

BPEL: 6.75”

EG: 5.00” This seems to be pretty uniform from base to glans. The glans are wider.

BPSFL: 7.10”

Didn’t measure normal flaccid length as that varies from one day to another.

My goals for PE are 8” BPEL and 6” EG. If I can get beyond these, so much the better, but I’ll be a happy chap if my goals are achieved.

My current routine consists of a 30/40 minute stretching session, finishing off with 3 “A” stretches. I then have a 30/40 minute dry jelq/edging session. I focus more here on keeping the penis as engorged as possible, rather than counting off reps. I usually finish off with some slow squash jelqs.

I’ll keep this up for 3 months, then measure again to check progress, unless you’d recommend a monthly measure?

I’m certainly enjoying the beginning of my PE journey and can already see/feel an improvement in EQ.

Hi everyone, I’ve been lurking for a while. This is the first time I have taken PE seriously. I haven’t posted before because the search function has provided me with all of the information I have needed.

I am having a problem currently. I broke my neck a while back which resulted in spine surgery. I am now on a drug called Nortriptyline that’s makes it hard to achieve a good erection (I also have a problem finishing with the Mrs.) This makes jelq’ing for any period of time difficult and edging almost impossible.

My current newbie routine is:
Warm up with a hot cloth for 5-10 minutes
Manual stretches for about 20 minutes
Dry Jelq (best as I can) 25-ish minutes
Warm down 5-10 minutes

My first 4 or 5 Jelqs are good, but from there I slowly start losing my erection and have to concentrate on reviving the corpse.

I have been at it for around a week. I am taking it slow and look forward to gaining. Thank you to everyone that has contributed information to this forum, I am learning a lot.

Welcome LaneSplitter. Sorry to hear about your injury, but it sounds as though you’re making the best of it. And a great Big Thank You:cheerlead for using the search function. I can’t tell you how good it is to hear a newbie say that!!

I don’t know a lot about nortryptaline except it seems to have a lot of possible side effects. Have you talked to your Doc about maybe trying a different antidepressant? From my experience most, if not all, have some degree of sexual side effects. Would treatments for ED (Cialis, Viagra etc) help?

CLGP7, I appreciate the support. I’m still very new, but I can see how people could get discouraged without the support, wisdom and encouragement from senior members.

I am taking the nortriptyline to help with the nerve pain, otherwise I would be taking a much lower dose and this probably wouldn’t be an issue.

I didn’t even think to ask about Cialis or Viagra, that could be a bonus :)

sup guys, im back after a long hiatus. Phew! It’s been real, Navy but it’s time to become a civilian again. and, with being a civilian comes freedom.I would like to use this freedom to do PE now, i used to do the newbie routine(ex. 10 minutes of streching and 300 3 min jelqs). I’m debating going back into that or starting at something lower, because, after all, less is more!

I was initially browsing in the forums made by a former member here by the name of DLD when I was in my youth, but I never came to in fulfilling my wish of a bigger penis. Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Hi guys,

I’ve lurked on here for a while and very occasionally done some jelqing and stretching. This seems like an awesome site, so here we go!

The problem I’ve usually had is the amount of time which I have to do PE, (which has improved slightly) and also that I usually either over-do manual exercises or under-do them. So I’ve come up with a routine with a combination of products that I think will help me keep my exercises consistent:

I will use the bathmate most nights for about 15 minutes and when ever I can in the mornings and
I will hang with the BIB hanger for the minimum amount of time suggested in the newbie hanger routine starting at a smaller weight, 1KG, and increasing my weight by 1KG each month.

Like I said I’m new to PE, so although this seems like a good idea to me it might not be in reality. Any positive criticism is very welcome.
