Okay, normally wouldn’t post since almost everything I need to know or learn I can find with a search, so this is rare for me. But I got so damn excited I can’t help myself! Also didn’t know where post it so figured I would put it here.

I started PE’ing around may 17th this year. Roughly about 3 weeks. I measured a standard 6.1”x5” BPEL on the day I registered here.

I’ve been doing the beginner routine plus stretching every day since without a break-alternating between the two, based on what my penis is doing. If its hard or engorged, I jelq. If its lazy, I stretch.

I live in phoenix AZ. My apartment is around 100 degrees all day and my penis definitely benefits from it. It’s always warm and pliable. I still use heat before and during a workout and also blast it with hot water in the shower as well. Firegoats heat Sig keeps me motivated to heat it every time I work. Thanks firegoat!

I’m very familiar with my penis and acutely aware of its health status as I’ve been masturbating since I was in 5th or 6th grade (brutally I might add) and suffered a few minor injuries.. It is very well conditioned for this activity.

If its sore, and feels worked out, I heat and lightly stretch until it fattens up and then I heat and lightly jelq until it skinnys up again. Then back to stretching. Repeat until it doesn’t feel productive anymore.

Initially I noticed the following:
Great EQ and fantastic Hang. I have almost full erect measurements when flaccid, Its heavier, more dense and looks super healthy. My sex drive is higher than its ever been and and so is my confidence.

That stuff is good but here’s my favorite part-

I just noticed today, that when I developed an erection, it seemed much, much larger than usual. Like where you KNOW it got bigger. So I stopped what I was doing and measured. I didn’t even have a 100% erection and It is definitely bigger! I’m a little over 6.5 inches long BPEL and easily 5.5 thick! Almost half an inch in both directions! I didn’t want to count the 16ths on my tape and ruler but I’m petty good at estimating ticks and think It’s more accurately between 1/16 and 1/8th after the halfway mark.. So 6 and 19/32nds. I don’t even care right now, it was way more of a gain than I was expecting!

It’s funny, because when I have it stretched, I can reach about the same amount past 7 ” as my erect length reaches past 0.5. Now 8 inches looks so close, whereas before at 6.5 inches stretched, 8 seemed impossible!

All manual work. I kind of want to start hanging and pumping but I’m gonna wait until I stall.

Stretch and jelq! Watch the basic videos. Go light and add 10 reps a week and another 1-2 min worth of stretches

Learn to measure before you start and do it the exact same way each time.

Hi everyone!

This is my first post! I started PE about 3 weeks ago.
I’m doing the basic routine, 2 days on / 1 day rest, with dry jelqs instead of wet jelqs (because I do stealth PE under the shower).

Starting stats:
BPEL 7 inches (but a couple of times with really good EQ I measured 7.2).
EG 5.5 inches (5 inches at the base)

Goal: 8 x 6, but my main focus is increasing girth.
Also I have this problem that the penis is less wide (by 0.5 inches) at the base. Do you have any suggestions for fixing this?

Been here before and tried PE for a couple of months, I recall some gain but can’t find my old account, name, stats etc.
I think I was overdoing it back then, I still have discoloration and some bruised, blue veins. This time I will take it slow.

I think this is the first time I’ve actually posted in any forum ever. Just like I have been able to do with this website, I have always been able to easily find any information that I need via a search function. Anyways, I thought I’d make a post anyways. Mostly because I’m bored and maybe it can inspire or change the view of a few individuals.

I first heard about PE about six years ago while I was still in high school. It’s a little hard to remember, but I was somewhere around 6” in length and 5” in girth. I was terribly self-conscious about my penis size, even though I was an average size, if not a little larger. I could even bottom out my first girlfriend. But alas, I thought my cock needed to be bigger. It must have been from all the porn, movies, and terrible TV I watched. Either way, I needed a bigger penis. I first looked into pills and I’ll say this, that was the biggest waste of time and money in my life. Sure it made my dick a bit harder, a little fuller, gave me some serious anger issues and made me crave sex even more, but it did not and never will make mine or anybody else’s penis bigger. I even tried a few of them; ExtenZe, MagnaRX, and Sinrex. So, if you’ve even thought about buying pills, my advice is don’t. They basically work like Viagra and will not add permanent size to your penis, in my experience.

Moving on from pills, it was after I didn’t see results from them that I finally found out about PE. Who would have thunk it? We exercise every other part of our bodies, so why not our penises? I immediately enjoyed doing PE exercises. They are tons of fun to do in my opinion, and they made my cock feel bigger and fuller. My stamina also improved along with my erection quality. That’s more than any of those pills ever did, and it was free! Unfortunately, I went off and with doing the exercises. The biggest reason was because I was like most people in this ass backwards society that we live in and expected immediate results. I mean, I’ve been jelqing for two weeks, why is my dick not 4” inches bigger already! I definitely regret that, because imagine where I would be if I had been consistently doing the exercises for the past six years. That is simply lost time and inches I will never get back.

As the years progressed, I slowly accepted the size of my penis more and more. Every so often I’d make some Google searches about penis size and PE, reassuring myself that I am average. It also helped that the only complaints I ever got from woman were that I was kind of big and made them sore. I cannot for the life of me figure out why it took me six years to realize that not only is my penis size perfectly fine, but penis size doesn’t even matter to women. You cannot walk up to a lady and try to pick her up by telling her about how big your dick is. It will not work. Confidence is good, but don’t go thinking you’ll get laid solely based on the size of your cock. Enough of that tangent though, and on to the present.

From getting older and intermittent PE, I am now 6.5” in length and 5.25” in girth. I now know that my penis size is just fine. My fiance loves my cock. However, I’ve decided to start doing PE again. I have different reasons this time, and a totally different outlook. Before, I wanted a bigger penis for women because I thought I needed one. Now, I know I don’t need it but I still want to do it for myself. Much like how I go to the gym to get bigger and stronger. I’m not expecting fast results. I don’t care if it takes awhile because one inch more ten years from now is better than being the same size. I talked to my fiance about increasing the size of my penis and she told me not to. At first I said okay and was totally fine with that. Her love for me is more important than the size of my dick. However, we’ve recently gotten into some kinky stuff. Namely fisting and stretching her out. I’m comfortable with my penis size now, so the idea of her being loose or me being too small doesn’t affect me. It did get me thinking though. If she is getting stretched out I could work on making my dick bigger and I’m sure she wouldn’t mind. I’d still like to walk around with a bigger dick, I mean who wouldn’t, so I’m getting back into PE for myself. If she starts to complain I’ll stop, or maybe just back off a little bit.

My goal penis size had always been 8 x 7, mostly because those are my two favorite numbers. I’ve since realized that 7” of girth would be a lot so I’ll just shoot for 6”, which is still quite a bit. As for length, I’d like to be at least 7”, but really I don’t care about the length. It’s more of an aesthetic aspect for me. So let us just say my goal is 7 x 6. This post definitely turned out to be longer than I thought it would, but I hope someone finds some inspiration from it.

You will find stretching for longer periods tends to increase base girth. The ultimate example of this is hanging, which always seems to increase base girth. But don’t start there, do general PE first and then consider your options after a couple of months.

There are quite a few threads on removing discolouration but some discolouration is normal with PE. It fades by itself, given enough time.

Confidence is a big issue but try not to think of PE as a method of improvement. It’s a little problematic to tie our self worth to a physical attribute, the job we do or the money we have. This might be an interesting thread to read: Practical applications for Spiritual Physics.
