You might find it best to start with the manual routines and get an extender if or when manual PE doesn’t give you the results you need. Extenders are a very long term option for growth and being that way you’d probably want to invest in a comfy vacuum one which might be more expensive than a cheap eBay or Alibaba extender.

My name is Plow and I have been stalking this forum for a couple of weeks now. It’s interesting to see the change in PE theory over the years.
So I have done 1 wet jelq session, sort of, more of a see how this works session.
Following the advice now, will take starting measurements and pics (have flaccid ones now) and follow the newbie routine as much as I can. Will change the stretch from a pull to a hold though.
My main goal is girth, I feel my penis is quite thin so it would be nice to be fatter. From my reading girth is better for sexual pleasure for the lady as well.
Can I ask for someone to point me to a glossary of all these acronyms that are used? The one I found doesn’t tell me anything.

Hi. I wrote an essay that I hope will be useful to those who fear they might have injured themselves while doing PE. I leave it to the community to do whatever they will with it.
Hi. I can only assume you’re reading this because you’ve injured yourself while doing PE. You had probably tried something more intense than your unit could handle, and you’re currently experiencing an uncomfortable mixture of self-loathing and anxiety. You shouldn’t be feeling either of these things. Neither are useful, and furthermore, neither are deserved. Read further and I’ll explain why. Afterwards, someone more knowledgeable than myself will tell you what to do.
First of all, release yourself of self-loathing. Despite the fact you did this to yourself, despite the fact that you might’ve been driven to do so by childish insecurities or unattainable body standards propagated through both mainstream media and pornography, this isn’t your fault. These types of insecurities radiate from somewhere in the brain more ancient and powerful than logic. You can’t think your way out of feeling them. You just happened to be born the type of brave/stupid bastard that tries to take on the impossible, that attempts to change what others consider immutable, and sometimes bad things happen to brave people.
Furthermore, PE is a developing science, and there are not yet (to my knowledge) any hard, fast standards that can inform a practitioner as to when the optimal time to advance to a new level of intensity is. Everyone does it by following their gut. I did a newb routine for two years. That isn’t a typo: TWO YEARS. During that time I’ve bled from my penis twice, created a weird bump on my glans (it went away), had a thrombosed vein, experienced various discolorations, and felt all sorts of weird sensations that lingered long after the PE session ended, and I experienced all that despite the fact I was cautious as I felt I could possibly be.
But shit happens. It wasn’t my fault, and this isn’t yours. Take a deep breath. Forgive yourself. What you did is perfectly understandable. Your self-loathing isn’t deserved.
Neither is your anxiety. Your injury probably isn’t as bad as you think it is. Something weird probably happened during or after your last PE session; maybe something is oddly swollen, or shriveled, or discolored, or bleeding. You’ve probably read horror stories about PE gone wrong -men rendered impotent and useless, forever disfigured and denied the pleasures of their custard cannon- and now you’re certain that something equally horrible has happened to you. The evidence hangs right in front of you.
Here’s why you’re probably wrong: your senses don’t record reality, they create it. I know that sounds unbelievably metaphysical and inapplicable to your specific situation, but hear me out. There’s this guy named Richards J. Heuer Junior, and he was one of the most intelligent, insightful psychiatrists to ever work on a government payroll. He wrote this book called The Psychology of Intelligence Analysis, and it was intended to aid CIA intelligence analysts in their very difficult task of attempting to discern patterns out of the jumbled bits of random intelligence they’re able to access. That book, The Psychology of Intelligence Analysis, spends dozens of pages explaining how the very structure of our brains, and the means by which they store and sort information, results in our expectations distorting our immediate life experiences. This phenomenon has been observed, explained, and experimentally tested to the point that it’s no longer a matter of contention but of academic record. Let me state this more succinctly: OUR EXPECTATIONS DISTORT THE INFORMATION OUR SENSES TAKE IN. If you don’t believe me, here’s a link to the Psychology of Intelligence Analysis, and you can read it yourself.
So what I’m saying is that you are unable to see (or feel, or hear, or smell, or, if you’re especially hung, taste) your (maybe) damaged man-part as it really is. You are seeing the worst because you are expecting the worst, because that’s just how our brains work. This, along with lacking the ability to spontaneously alter the size and shape of our penis, are just two of the disadvantages of being human.
So now that I’ve explained that it’s not your fault, and that it’s probably not as bad as you think it is, let me further explain why you’ll probably be alright.
Most Americans are probably familiar with the name John Bobbitt. If you’re too young, or too un-United-Statesian, to know what I’m talking about, John Bobbitt was a guy who had his penis cut off by his angry wife. She literally took a knife and cut his penis off. She then took her husband’s severed penis, drove away, and threw it into a field, where it remained for several hours until authorities were able to find it. At this point in the story, I’d ask that you do me a favor. Go take any sort of meat, and drop it into a nearby field. Come back in an hour. Unless you are in the depths of winter (which Mr. Bobbitt’s penis was not), that meat will be covered in hungry insects (which Mr. Bobbitt’s penis presumably was). In spite of the fact that Mr. Bobbitt’s baby blaster had been both severed and feasted upon at an all-you-can-eat-cock-buffet-for-insects, doctors successfully reattached it and restored its functionality to the point that Mr. Bobbitt made a porn a few years later.
Tl; dr. Guy had his dick cut off then sewn back on after it’d been lying in a field for awhile. Afterwards, that guy made a porn, because medical science and the regenerative powers of the human body are awesome.
Whatever has happened to you, it’s probably not as bad as having your wang lopped off and partially fed to insects. You are going to be fine.
But there are a few things you can do to help yourself towards that goal. You can drink a beer. You can smoke a bowl (if such things are legal in your state, or country, or province, or whatever). You can read a book. You can watch a movie. You can play a video game. You can give your girlfriend (or boyfriend) a massage, or rub their feet, or cuddle with them. You can write an essay letting others know that they’ll be OK, and reminding yourself why you will be too. You can, and should, do anything that will help you relax and take your mind off your (supposed) injury. The human body heals best when it’s relaxed and worry free.
So remember: this isn’t your fault, it’s not as bad as you think, and it’s certainly not as bad as having your penis cut off and thrown in a field. You will get through this, recover, and live to enjoy your endowment again.
Need Length Advice
I’ve been doing off and on PE 30 + yrs, incorporating hanging, stretching, ballooning - minimal effort.
Over the last 12 mos I got serious about PE w/ extender, pump, clamping, ballooning.
I went from 6.75 to 7.5 BPEL w/ extender over six mos.
I next pumped for several mos. To 5.0 glans, 5.5 mid, 6.5 base.
For the next 4 mos I was off and on exercising, resulting in 8.0 BPEL, 5.0 glans, 6.0 mid, 7.0 base.
For the last 4 weeks I have been using high pressure gauge 15+ pumping 2x daily w/ balloon clamping - 8.5 BPEL, 6.0 glans, 7.0 mid, 8.0 base. While pumping, the tip gets to the 8.8+ mark on the tube, and when released goes back to 8.5.
My numbers based on the use of an injection to achieve erection, with no fluid from pumping just solid hardness is achieved.
My wife hasn’t seen it in six months - I work distant. The last time she loved the thickness, her deep throat was excellent, I hit sore spot at cervix during penetration and she jumped.
I had to file away half of the base for my extender, which was tight and is now very difficult to get on all the way.
I don’t want any more girth, but do want 10.5 BPEL.
I assume the extender is the only tool I should be using. I can’t fit my hand around shaft to jelq if it is 50% erect.
I have only used a “12”x2.5” tube, which is getting fuller with every session, the base is stuffed for the lower three inches a few minutes into each session.
I take a handful of herbs daily, everything referenced for PE, but not yohimbe (jitters).
It will be another month before she sees it, I fear I may have ruined her deep throat ability, and I figure the length just needs careful attention during penetration.
What is the best way to gain additional length in the shortest time which is comfortable to wear.
My extender has a soft foam sleeve at the glans, but is uncomfortable after an hour of use.
Some words of advice:
The moderators have clearly posted warnings regarding the use of extreme PE techniques, for good reason.
My gains were obtained at a price.
Just a few years ago, clamping and ballooning induced bleeding inside the tip of my penis. The result was of course no sex, no nothing for at least a week at a time.
I believe that I have hardened (scarred) my unit to the point that I have not seen a recurrence in over six months, even though I has been pushing the limits more often.
A long (hours) pumping session once resulted in blistering across the head of my penis, and the do-nut effect.
I have learned that while pumping, you increase the vacuum in increments and release it after the penis stops elongating.
Pumping to my maximum of 8.8 inches is a multi-step affair which takes about a half hour.
Typically pump until painful or elongation stops, release and begin again. You will notice at each step that the length of the penis upon release of the vacuum is slightly longer at each step.
Getting the penis length and girth to expand for me did not happen quickly until I went to the extreme vacuum of 15 and higher. Initially it is quite painful, but if released and restarted has not caused any negative side effects for me.
Please be careful out there.
I’ve been registered here for a while but never given PE a try. I got a new girlfriend and she is on the larger side and could use some more reach. We tried having sex for the first time last night and it didn’t go so great. I would like to add to the length of my penis primarily and also girth. I know how to jelq but never tried it. Is jelqing primarily for girth? I was also looking at getting a water pump such as the one below to combine with jelqing. Thoughts? Recommendations?
First real try at PE had tried stretching a few years back but never for any more than a few days at a time before giving up because of no progress. Yes I know this takes time.
Never had any hang ups about size but hit 40 and started a new relationship so thought why not give PE a real try to fit in with my new divorced life. Plus I feel like I’d lost an inch over time or gained an inch of stomach.
Been at it for around 3 months now but had to stop for 4 weeks due to a vasectomy reversal op.
Measuring way to frequently but that’s more to get a real idea of my size as EQ varies.
Would say just over 7 and girth about 5 1/4. Girlfriend said after about 4 weeks of secret PE that my cock felt bigger in her mouth, I said it must be a side effect if my op. She’s not commented since but EQ has been down slightly so kegeling to get that sorted.
Manual stretching and dry jelqing for a total of 30 mins a day. I’m enjoying it to much though as I don’t tend to have days off, but will work in some rest days.

Oh darn, I didn’t see this thread first, lol.. But hello folks :) I’m just a curious female, so hope you all don’t mind my being here. :) As for why I’m here.. I guess there’s not really one particular reason.. I really am just a very curious person by nature.. Don’t have much experience with guys, despite having turned 30 last month.. I’d like to find out more about how you guys operate & stuff. :) And I have some questions (which I can’t post, yet, because I have to have a certain amount of posts before I can post in the appropriate areas) :) I figured I’d also enjoy helping you all out if I could, too. :) I’m here to be friendly and encouraging..
