Hi all.

First joined Thunder’s years ago.. Have passed through every now and then, but now seriously thinking of gaining an inch in length. Currently about 6.5”, would love to get to 7.5-8” by the end of the year. Gonna do my research and start this weekend!

I’m really excited to get started I just don’t know how. I’ve seen the videos and read the newbie section but I just don’t know how to make a routine. I’m a workout warrior so I can learn how but I don’t know how my friend should feel when it’s a good workout or if I’m over doing it. Anyone care to help ? Looking for more length.

Welcome to the forum.

The Newbie Routine is a good place to start, it’s a well balanced premade routine. Once you get the hang of the exercises (jelqing may take 2 months to get right, it’s not as obvious at it seems), you could vary the routine from there.

Hi guys,

I’m new to here. Well not completely. I have been a member before but lost all my login details so re-joined under a new name.
I not completely new to PE, I have completed the newbie routine although wasn’t as consistent as I would have liked to have been. I didn’t however miss too many workout days.
I will be continuing to work with this routine although I plan to up the amount of wet jelqs and I tend to go by time rather than amount of strokes.
Starting to try and do 20 mins of jelqing after a 10 min warm up in the shower with some basic manual stretching.5 on 2 off.

The information I would like some help with is firstly Tunica Tugs, should they be performed when flaccid and how exactly are they done ?
The second thing I would like to know about is Girth Blasters. What are they and how are they performed ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I’m pretty happy with results from completing the newbie routine.
Stupidly I didn’t take any measurements before I started but I’m sure I’ve gained on flaccid length and definitely on EQ. I may have some erect gains but only minimal.
Current stats are 6 1/2” EL , 6 3/4” BPEL and 4 7/8 EG sometimes 5”.
My goal is to get to 7” x 5 1/4” so its primarily girth I’m looking to achieve.

New poster

Hi all!

New poster, I’ve been a member for about a week now and am ready to start gaining.

My starting stats

BPEL: 5.75, MEG: 4.75

My retirement goal

BPEL: 7.5, MEG: 5.75

Like many I have been extremely skeptical of these programs. I’ve been reading about it for a few months now and then I found this site 2 weeks ago and decided to try it. I am currently in the newbie program with emphasis on stretches. (I do a mini stretch several times during the day) and the full 15 minute workout 1 time per day.

Immediate effects: longer FL, newbie gains in BPEL, a huge boost in confidence (strangely enough), less urge or tendency to masturbate.

I am going to continue with this for at least 3 months and see if I can’t reach a mid goal of BPEL: 6.5 and MEG: 5.25. With week one complete, I am happy to report a surprisingly quick gain of 6.00 BPEL about .25 in gain! I am not sure if this is due to randomness from measurement, but none the less it is exciting! I have no gains in my other measurement. Yet.

Well done guys ,

They sound like great gains so far.

Your ultimate goal is pretty much the same as mine.

I’m going for 7.25 x 5.5.

I’m getting some gains but not as much as I would like.

I’m not too concerned about the length gains but would really like to ’ attack’ the girth more but only want to use manual methods to avoid injury.

Any thoughts ?
