Damn, two to three years. I think the hardest part is just staying consistent. It should be easier once I get my own place.

1” is a lot of length. A hughe amount for girth. Can’t happen overnight.

Random question. Do you think masterbating too often during PE will hinder gains? Should you just let your penis rest?

Masturbation too often will hinder gains. If you end up beating off too much it can actually make your shit shrink. Getting boners without rubbing one out is how I take a break. Its good for penis health. Keeps the tissues oxygenated.

True I guess. I have found that if I wank a lot (daily) I can never achieve full erections, which sometimes may seem like it hinders gains. If I save it up and only have a go a couple times a week, the gains seem more noticeable. Just my experience,YMMV.

I’ve been lurking around here for a while and this is my first post. As my username suggests, my goal is to gain 1.5” in length and girth. I’ve started the newbie routine today, actually.

Newbie with questions

Hi, have been here one month and started with basically Newbie routine for one month. Have two questions. 1. Can someone direct me to a part of the site that lays out the medical and scientific principles of using these exercises for penis enlargement? 2. Are there any urologist’s on the site who use these exercises for themselves and or recommend them for their patients? Oh, one more question. 3. Should I invest in a Bath Mate? Thanks gang, been learning a great deal here :-)

There are no quantitative studies that have been done to prove elements of PE. Where would a study like that get it’s funding from?

There are people who have identified themselves as medical doctors and urologists but this is an anonymous forum, so any claim to authority should be viewed sceptically, we have no way of checking the voracity of a poster’s qualifications. No urologist would recommend methods that have no proved basis and have potential to cause injury in a professional consultation.

Bathmate pumps are heavily advertised, rather expensive and have no gauge. Permanent gains are not something that can be bought, they require dedication. Stick to manual methods for 6 months to a year and then look at equipment if you consider it necessary at that time.

Thanks for the insight on all three questions. I appreciate how folks on this site are willing to provide help to those of us who are seeking insight and experienced wisdom.

I am an engineer and interested I in principles behind procedures. So was wondering if folks had found any articles that have studied PE procedures. I guess maybe the answer is no??

Is there a place on the site where someone has spelled out the philosophy behind the various exercises, like for instance “by jelquing, over time the blood that is trapped in the CC and the CS stretches the tissue in.. And lengthens the ligaments.etc. And,

Is there a place where someone has layed out what each exercise does to various structures of the penis, and muscles, ligaments, etc. It would be nice to know what each procedure does to grow or expand this or that. I imagine that there are MD or DO on this site using these procedures for themselves who could explain what each technique accomplishes and why. Was just wondering. I guess you could just call me inquisitive :-)

Greetings all!

New to this site, however a jelqing vet. When I started several years ago, I had no knowledge of this site, nor did I know that this enlarging technique even had a name.

I’m here, and it’ll be nice to track my own progress in this way - especially because tracking gains/losses by memory is only as effective as the human memory is reliable.

As of today, April 2nd, 2014, my BPEL is about 6” depending on the day, and EG is about 4.75-5” also depending on the day. Today’s measurements were BPEL 6.125” and EG 4.875”. I’d also just like to offer words of encouragement to others joining this site, and questing to increase the stature of their member. When I first started jelqing, I was (to the best of my memory) BPEL: 5” EG: > 4”. I’ve been latent in my PE exercises for over 5 years, and have obviously kept many of my increased attributes. As long as you’re willing to put in some time, and are persistent, you will see result!

1st short term goal: BPEL: 6.5” EG: 5”; Long term goal: BPEL: 7” EG: 6”

I’m more interested in girth gains, but definitely welcome any length increases that I achieve!
