Newbie, three months in

I found this site and was hooked. So much info and it makes sense. I tried a hanger I bought out of the back of a magazine in 2002. After a year of wearing it all the time my length was exactly the same! This was devastating after so much work and some pain .I thought this was hopeless. But at the end of 2013 I found thunders and got results immediately !! Better erection , morning wood and hope . Knowing I’m headed in the right direction makes my future so much brighter ! OK, My First Post

I started reading here in the summer of 2013 and was very surprised by my quick progress. I started out at BPEL = 6.5” and am now (about 7 months later) at 7.125 BPEL. Girth isn’t really a concern for me. I started at 5.5 and am now 5.75”. I do want to get longer still — 8.25” is my BPEL goal.

My routine was basically the beginner’s routine here with some other techniques that I found online along the way at least 30 minutes per day. I’m a consistent kind of guy!

After about three months I got very into PE. I got a Bathmate — love the feeling, love the look of the engorged cock! I bought a weight hanger and started experimenting with that. I had loved the feeling of pulling hard in the manual stretches and gradually built up the weight and hanging time. Done right, this feels great!

As I’ve started experimenting with more than just the manual PE, I’ve lost the regularity of my routine. I like the bathmate feeling on my morning wood, I do some manual PE on weekends, I like to hang weights later in the morning if I don’t have to be at work too early..

My question is this: how best to combine these? If I put aside about 30 in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening, how best to divide up the time?
I know if I keep at it I’ll progress. I know it feels good. I’m looking for advice about setting a new routine to incorporate what will be best for increasing length.

But not more than I would expect from the initial big gain I’ve heard about here.

I would recommend that you put the shiny stuff in a cupboard and go back to what worked, unless the reason you changed was that it stopped working.

Boredom is one of the biggest killers of a good routine, I think. The regularity you talked about was probably your biggest asset.

If your manual routine had stopped working then check out pumping 101, which combines jelqing with pumping. Unfortunately you’ve bought a pump without a pressure gauge and one that seems to lead a lot of users to leave the pump with lots of lymphatic buildup (looks impressive, fades quickly, little point). Also read up on low pressure pumping. People like gprent have posted a lot about this.

Again hanging is something that a lot of people go to as a last resort when they’ve hit the maximum they can do on the manual side.

Hi guys

Been browsing this site for a couple of days now and decided to join. Really impressed with the quality of the information here. I’ve been familiar with most of the concepts here for a long time but this is the best source of information on the subject I’ve seen. Although I occasionally do a little stretching and/or jelqing just to help maintain quality I’ve never made a routine of it for gains but that’s about to change.

I find myself in the enviable position of approaching marriage with a bisexual woman who is very into threesomes. I’m average and don’t have a complex about my size but impressing with skill and size would help keep them coming back so here I am. So, anyone have any advice for a beginner? I’m just gonna start with a simple routine of stretching and light jelqing. I’m still reading up on hanging, clamping, etc.
