Newbie 1st post
How ya doing fellas
This is obviously my 1st post hence the title.
Been doing PE about 5x weeks now and seems to be working as my wife has noticed already.
Your site is really great help and I would have started a long time ago had I have found it sooner.
The guides work well and stress enough to go easy to get gains.
I’m using the newbie routine 2days on 1 off and wondering when I should increase the amount of strokes as it suggests after 6x weeks
And maybe I’ve read it wrong but the increase seems pretty big?.
If someone can help me out with this I would be grateful .
