Hi Crizzo,

That depends on what percentage of body fat you have. In reality the less body fat the less fat pad so go hard on getting into shape, it can’t hurt to find out.

Hello everyone!

I’d like to say that I’m a full fledged newbie but that is not entirely true. You see, I have dabbled in PE once back in college for about 2 months or so. I think I saw a gain of about .25 inches but eventually I stopped because my schedule got super busy and because of my roommates I didn’t have much privacy. Fast forward to the present day I have graduated (Yes!) and have taken up PE once again since me and my girlfriend have our own place together (Double yes!). The reason why I want a bigger penis is because I am simply not satisfied with my current size (6.5” BPEL/5.75” NBPEL/5” EG). My girlfriend of 3+ years tells me that my size is perfect for her and I know she is being 100% honest but I still want a bigger penis. I am thankful for her because she has been very supportive ever since I started my routine. I am not looking for astronomical gains and I think my goals of 7.5” BPEL/5.5” EG are quite reasonable. So far I’m doing a routine of 200 wet jelqs on alternating schedules of 2 days on 1 day of and 3 days on 1 day off. This is subject to change though. Anyway, I have been lurking for a bit but I am proud to have made my first post and I am looking forward to becoming a more active member in this community.

Best way to measure length..
Sitting down, lying down or standing up?
I’m longer sitting or standing by close to a half inch than I am lying down. Any ideas why that would be? What is the standard for measuring in here?

So here goes my cherry. Hi everyone, long time lurker not sure for quite how long now but I think a couple of years before membership opened at an opportune time nearly a year ago. So I have been slowly digesting information on and off, throughout ending my relationship, moving out of my house, moving back in, helping my young daughter cope with the changes, keeping my business on the rails, finding the greatest girl in the world; after my daughter :) and so on. So now life has settled into relative normality I’m finally up and running with PE. Phew. While I am not too fussed about my length at 7 3/8” BPEL I would definitely like to get bigger than my current 4.5” MSEG, So I have just started basic newbie routine with a plan to focus on girth a bit more than length by not going too crazy on tension with the stretches but working up to a really good jelq/kegel focused routine. That said the recent postings about BC vs IC muscles, having read so much about the BC, has messed with my head a bit but I’ll keep reading :) Great news so far is the quick noticeable E.Q. Gain, with veins popping out everywhere while my GF was, never mind :p

Anyway, great site and look forward to learning more.

Glad to have you here, you’re doing the right thing sticking with the newbie routine, it will allow you to get to know your member better so that you can then make wise decisions on girth routines, although I must say your length and girth are pretty good already. Regardless as you keep reading the archives and keep contributing, I’m sure your input will be valued here.

I’m following the newbie routine and experienced increased EQ (hardness and ease of acquisition) within 2 weeks. I would wager it would work for you too!

Hi, I joined today. I’m 48. I started reading about PE a year ago - just stumbled across it while looking up something and got intrigued. Didn’t do anything until my wife said she wanted a divorce in April. Since then, I’ve had a bit more time on my hands. For about a month, I’ve been practicing with warm-up, stretching (2-3 sets holding each angle about 30 sec), and jelqing for about 15 minutes.

I was wondering about frequency at this level. Would a morning workout and evening work out be too much?

For the month I’ve been PEing, I’ve gone from 6.75” BPEL to 7.125 BPEL and 5.75 EG to 6 EG. I picked up some L-Arginine and Zinc supplements today.

I told my soon-to-be-ex about my new hobby after she asked why I was taking longer showers. That got her into my bed pretty quick. I never had a problem getting her off, so her kitty got curious. She noticed the longer hang and really liked it. Although I don’t want back with her, I don’t mind giving her a preview of what she’ll be missing.

Often a split session can be good but too much work too early on is bad. Aim for the levels suggested in the newbie routine and maybe split the stretching out into a separate routine.
