Nice gains, I began around the same time as you. Edging refers to repeatedly coming close to the “point of no return” but not passing it. When you get that feeling of needing to orgasm building stronger and stronger you will inevitably hit the “point of no return” and start to ejaculate.

For a description of techniques around this I would suggest hitting google. A very useful tool is to use a search within thundersplace, so type this in for example:

Yeah I’m pleased with my progress so far but hope there’s more gain to be got with this routing. I’ve already made a Captains Wench and tried it out. Will get serious with hanging once the kids are back to school and out of the house.

Haha that’s what I thought when I learned about it. Though with edging you can squeeze your PC/BC muscle right before you hit the point of no return (I’ve learned you don’t really want to do it after when you aren’t conditioned, made me sore once). You literally hold back the cum by squeezing and holding tight enough. Apparently getting better at this and making those muscles stronger can lead to being able to dry orgasm (ie orgasming but not ejaculating). I’ve been doing this a few times after PE. Seems to make the erections very hard, conditions my kegel muscle, and of course feels really good.

Measuring isn’t really to much of anything as long as you do it consistently the same way each time, after all it is a gauge, a measure of progress more than anything. But generally we go for BP, Bone pressed, take a hard ruler put it on top of your hard dick and press it hard into your pubic bone, I have one of those with the metal strip and sure it has about an eighth of an inch before the measurements start, but I figure that’s just there to keep me honest. As long as you measure the same way each time you will know if you are making progress :)

As for girth go to the local craft shop and buy a tailors/dressmakers tape make sure it’s accurate against the steel rules they use to cut material against and I’m pretty sure you can work out the rest

Hey guys. I’ve been lurking Thunder’s for years, but only recently started to work on a consistent PE routine. So far, I don’t believe I’ve gained anything. Unfortunately, I also struggle with ED (erectile dysfunction), so I’m not only aiming for a bigger penis, but for a harder one as well. In order to commit myself to my PE goals, I’ve decided to come out of hiding and participate in the community.

Currently I’m recovering from an injury - at least I think it’s an injury -, but as soon as it heals I plan to start a progress thread. I’m starting at around 17cm BPEL (6.7”), my short term goal is to make that my NBPEL - which I’m guessing would happen at around 19cm BPEL (7.5”). I realize my dick is about average, but it looks so small! Partly because my erection varies so much, partly because it’s kind of skinny. A couple of months ago I had my first “is it in yet?” experience. Boy, did that hurt..

I’d like to thank everyone for making this place so great. Thunder’s Place is amazing! Good gains for everyone.

Glad to see you are getting proactive in posting, as far as ED is concerned there are many good threads about ED, just a little bit of work on your mind control can stop the chatter that induces ED in most cases, but even a routine of kegels and a daily massage of the balls when you wake up can help immensely. Use the search function and do some reading, and if you are having no luck send me a PM and I will do what I can to help you with some supplement suggestions and some other ideas.
On the injury front, perhaps start a thread on your symptoms and ask a moderator to move it to the injuries and treatment thread, or have a search through that topic and see if there is something similar.
There is a wealth of info here for the reading and there is an abundant supply of very helpful members that have been there done that and are willing to help you.
