The correct amount of pressure for BPEL is hard against the bone. Push ‘til you can push no more. The idea is to get as close to the pubic bone as possible. As you say, this is about consistency and bones don’t move.

It’s good that you are both seeing an EQ difference and that you are not chalking this up to instant gains. PE is a long process.

Best luck on getting to 6 and after you hit that, getting further.

As others have said before me, thank you to everyone who has taken the time and effort to share their experiences here. It’s great to be able to see real individuals with their own stories (and measurements).

I’ve started the newbie routine although I’m actually taking it much slower due to some other (vascular) issues. I plan to work up to the full routine within the next 2 weeks if possible though!

I’m very much looking forward to my journey here.

I’ve been burdened by my size my whole life. Like a lot of people, I’ve been mocked a few times throughout my life. I’m in my early forties and I have a wonderful wife (of over ten years) that has been nothing but great to me. I have told her what I’m doing and she has assured me that she’s fine but, she understands if I want to do it for my own self esteem.

My starting measurements are: 5-5.1” PBEL and 4” of girth.

I genuinely hope I can see some results. While my wife has never complained, I still have that nagging worry in the back of my mind.

I am 26 years old from Vietnam and it is pleasure for me to be part of this knowledgeable, friendly, but most of all, helpful community. The forum is very well organized and well structured. I had many questions but never really had the opportunity to post them because I could find all the answers in older post. Thank you for all the effort of everyone, especially the moderators and the senior members!

I have discovered the forum about 2 weeks ago and I have started PE newbie routine for a week now. My measurements on 10/07/2013 are, BPEL: 6”, EG: 4.3”. Since I have started the routines, I have seen improvements to the blood flow to my unit and also the size of the Flaccid. I will keep the exercises for a month and will track my progress accordingly and will be more than willing to share my results on a separate post.

BTW, does anyone know by any chance whether working out in the gym and playing other sports influence the PE; should there be a sequence in the type of sport I do before or after PE?

My reasoning is like this: PE requires blood to help rebuild penis torn tissues, however, If I were to do some other exercise such as lifting or running, the blood will be flowing to other parts of the body and therefore hinders (maybe?) the recovery process of the Penis. Because of that I am currently doing PE late in the evening rather in the morning so that the Penis can recover over night better. If anyone is knowledgeable regarding this matter, please do share!

Well I train pretty hard at the Gym, twice a day five days a week and hit the pool four times a week, but PE is always in the morning for me, I think the early am Testosterone boost is better for jelqing, and I love the solid flaccid size it brings, however if my girl is coming around for a bit of fun, I’ll leave it till after she has left and do some hanging or stretching when she’s gone. I don’t want an erection to help my routine at that stage so it works out well for me.

I think Gym and other sports definitely help PE, being fit and healthy will always be good for the body, and your Penis will benefit from a healthy system. Give the mornings a go you’ll get good blood flow all day then have the extra benefit of the night to recover, just remember this is a marathon not a sprint so pace yourself :)

I signed up here ages ago (seriously, it was like six-seven years ago), and I’m pretty sure I’ve already posted in this thread, but let’s have a do-over.

I’m 24, living in Chicago, working on a Masters and am an amateur athlete. (Just need to find a job and a woman and I’m set in life)

Never really been serious about this in the past, so hopefully getting engaged in the community will help my consistency. Been back on the path for about two months now on and off. I’m starting out at around 5.75 BPEL and 4.5 EG. I do most if not all of my routine in the shower every morning for the time being until time gets to be an issue.

I’m not looking to be a monster, I just want something more. I don’t want a girl to be scared of me, but I want her to get “that look” in her eyes. You know, that perfect size for her while something I’ll be just that more proud of (despite the fact I’ve never had any problems with size in the past)

Hey all.

Been lurking around here a bit and have done small stints of PE over the past couple years but never stuck with it. Thanks to everyone in this community, it really is amazing.

I’ve decided to dedicate myself this time and I figure posting is as good a way as any to get committed. I’ve also become significantly more organized over the past year or so. In the past I’ve enjoyed the benefits of a fit unit from my brief PE experiences but never did it long enough to get any gains. Starting off with 7.75 BPEL and 5.1-5.2 in girth I know what I’ve got is fine and all but I mostly just want to get to 6 in girth. If I get length along the way then great. So far I’m about two weeks in to the beginners routine and having a blast.

Hey everyone.

Been lurking for about 2 weeks now, I think, and that in itself has been an interesting experience.

A little about me, I’m 30 y.o., big on fitness (Crossfitter for 3.5 years, but now getting more into just straight lifting, particularly Olympic lifting), and always love to learn about anything and everything.

My starting BPEL is 6.5” - 6.75” and my MSEG of 5”. On one hand I’m happy with my measurements, but also, who doesn’t want a little more? If I could consistently hit 7+” and get my girth up to 5.5+”, I’d be a happy camper. I’d like to also get my penis a bit straighter, and definitely need some good EQ. So if nothing else, I want some better EQ.

Really pleased with the attitude of everyone here. I didn’t think places like this existed on the Internet. ;-D

And you will find there are many weight trainers here as well, myself amongst them.

Need some quick direction

Hello all,

I first came across Thunder’s Place nearly 3 years ago, and like many others, I was skeptical. I attempted to start the newbie program about a year and a half ago, but time constraints/responsibilities kept me from being disciplined. Anyway, I am now ready to start. I’ve been reading through hundreds of posts over this last week and taking notes for reminders and review. I do have a general question. I remember reading a post several years ago that described the methods for measuring yourself. I’ve been searching for nearly an hour tonight with no success. I would be greatly appreciative if anyone could provide some direction. Thanks.

First I’d like to start with a question … what’s “edge/edging”?

Seen it mentioned a few times.

Not one for posting in forums really, more a lurker but this site is full of useful information and inspiration.

Starting stats:

5.5” BPEL/ 4.75” girth

Started the nooby routine around late May this year and I’m currently at 6” BPEL/5” girth. Stats seem to vary though maybe an 1/8” either way.

Short term goal for now is 7” NBPL and whatever increase in girth
