With a 2-year old girl and a 4-month old boy, life at home can get fairly full on. I think doing my routine in the shower will be the way to go. I’m interested to hear how other married guys get on, if their partners know about what they do or not? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Mate there are plenty of stealth routines and devices talked about here, and by the way 7 inches BPEL is a really good start you won’t find any woman calling you small, break your PE into a couple of small routines, I stealth around my girlfriend, tonight it’s stretches with the captains wench after she has gone home. do some reading of the archives and you’ll find your way, and don’t be shy to ask (but read first :D )

My PE journey began a number of years ago with (don’t they all) erectile insecurity. I believed my length to be adequate for a time, but I grew to be 6’4” and discontent arose from what I saw as a pitiful ratio. A smidgeon over two handfuls and I’m several hands taller than every other person around me? Not good enough.

I did some quick Googling back in the day and came across this website (I also believed that, up until this very moment, this website was titled Thunder’s Palace). I read a bit up on PE and came to the conclusion that while one could feasibly increase the size of one’s member, one would sacrifice erectile quality and angle, so I stored the hope of overcoming my insecurity in a rotted trunk at the back of my mind. Years passed and I did nothing about it. After a fight with depression, I became obsessed with self-improvement and exercise, put myself through four successive bouts of P90X and came out the other end transformed. At one point I weighed less than 130 pounds at 6’4”, but now I’m about 165. My attention headed south.

I stumbled across the sister forum of PE Gym and began my journey there about two and a half months ago. At the time I struggled maintaining even a 7” erection with a mid-shaft erect girth of 5.25” and an erect girth of 6” at my base. I gave myself about three days to reset and return to normal, sans any manual stimulation. My initial measurement was 7.25” in length and 5.25” in girth. I threw myself into the PE Gym beginner’s routine and measured three days into it—7.5” in length and 5.25” in girth. I logged that as my initial measurement.

Two and a half months have past since I began my PE journey and I’m now 8.1” in length, 5.7” in mid-shaft girth, and 6.25” in base girth. Both my erection quality and the quality of my sex life have jumped up a number of notches. PE isn’t a joke, I have found.

I only recently re-explored this website. It’s the grand-daddy of PE and its members uphold a level of decorum and, to my fastidious delight, sound grammar and syntax. Hey,

I am Asian American, adult male and I just recently learned about PE.

I’m 5ft 4in tall, which is below average.

My penis specs are:

BPEL=6in
NBPEL=5in
EG=4.5in

I would like to think that my specs are modest for my stature and for the women I date (who have stood between 4ft 11in and 5ft 3in), but I guess better specs wouldn’t hurt.

I am most interested in girth gains, if anyone could lead me to some PE techniques which promote girth gains, please let me know!

Start with the Newbie Routine. Yeah, it’s the same routine as those focused on length gains but it’s all about conditioning the penis and getting as much as possible from the minimum work. You will need to be conditioned if you are then going on to use more intense girth exercises.

Girth is 4.25 inches and there has been no gains there yet . I would see length being the priority for now though . Down the line I will be hanging .

I just want to know where to get a new Bib starter hanger ? Can you still order of Bibhanger. Com ?

That really would be something, I often wake thinking it was all just a dream until I start trying to wrestle my morning wood to pee and stare in disbelief.
Its slowly healing scars from my past that many people here can relate to regarding demeaning comments and embarrassing situations. Yes we adapt and overcome on the outside but what a mess it leaves your mind.

And it will just keep getting better for you as the months go by, all those past comments and situations will disappear from your mind as you brandish your new weapon.

Thanks for the encouraging words Behemoth. I’ve come to the conclusion because you really don’t talk to anybody about these things that this is what Thunders is all about.

I was very hesitant at first to post anything as I’m sure many people agree, sharing your most personal aspects of life to total faceless strangers is a bit unnerving. But its also very liberating to finally let it out.

Hopefully as I progress my opinions or experiences can help others. What a terrific way to give back to the community other than a donation.

Early results

Hi everyone,

I’m in my early 30’s. I discovered a PE guide about 10 years or more ago on IRC or a newsgroup, can’t remember for sure. I always believed it would work, but I never stuck with it. I pulled on my wang a few times and jelqed some, but there weren’t really any detailed instructions or coaching like there is here so it wasn’t something that became a routine. Fast forward to a little less than a month ago and I discovered this site. I must say, you guys have really put together quite a wealth of information here.

After reading the site for a week or so and feeling comfortable with my understanding, the risks, etc, I started the newbie routine. Really I eased into it more than even the newbie routine. I started with maybe like 2 minutes (total) stretching in each direction and a few minutes (extremely light pressure) jelqing, always doing both warm up and warm down for five minutes. Now, nearly 4 weeks in I am stretching the full 5 minutes and have been jelqing (very light pressure) 7.5 minutes for the last week. Really I think I have been overly cautious. I can’t personally see how anyone could be injured from doing this newbie routine as my penis has been through 10 times worse abuse, but I’m the type to play it safe rather than be sorry. In terms of consistency, I have mixed between 1 day on 1 day off, 2 days on 1 day off, and I may have even gone 2 on 2 off at some point.

About measurements. I think this is really tough. I have been measuring everyday, not really expecting anything, but just to try and get a consistent technique. It’s very difficult though and I don’t think there is any way to be exact. I can see fluctuations of 1/4 inch happening very easily even if EQ is the same, so I won’t report any legitimate growth until I start seeing .5 or greater.

The first week I was measuring I consistently saw 5.5 NBPEL. I don’t have much of a fat pad (Legit 6ft, 154, lean), but if I push really hard (like it’s almost painful) I can reach 6” BPEL. I’m not sure what the correct amount of pressure is for BPEL, so I’ve tried to make a consistent amount of pressure, just lightly against the fat pad and I’m going with 5.5 as the official length. As far as girth, pretty much I have settled on 5” mid shaft, with the tape measure not pulled really tight, but not lose either. When it’s raging, it’s 5”, if I have bad EQ, then it’s just barely under.

Now, 26 days in, when I measure I consistently see 5.75 NBPEL, with the same girth mid shaft of 5”. I think my measuring technique has become pretty consistent, but 100% I know the difference is due to erection quality. I now have the most raging erection I’ve had in years. This result was almost immediate. Like after the first week. A caveat to this is that the exact day I started PE, I also stopped watching porn. Like 100% cold turkey so I know that has an impact as well. However, I’ve stopped porn for stretches of a week or a month before and have not had erections this hard since I was a teen, if even then.

Like I said above, I’m not claiming to have had legit growth yet, but there have definitely been results, even if only in terms of EQ. I won’t truly believe there has been growth until I begin to reach 6” without pressing so hard it’s almost painful. Now I guess I just need to step up the length of my sessions a bit. I saw at the bottom of the newbie routine it says reach 10 minutes of stretching and 30 minutes of jelqing. That seems like a long way off as it’s hard for me to maintain enough concentration for even 7.5 minutes of jelqing right now. Lol.
