Well, may as well make a post. I’m almost a month into some pretty timid manual PE. Looking forward to measuring in a few days to check for any gains.


Hi there! My first post here. I’m just starting PE exercises, and I feel happy about it :)


Saying hey, sharing a little progress. Just completed my first month of the Newbie routine. I’m very new to PE, and so far I’m very happy, BPEL I’ve gained .125, so now I’m at 6.125. My goal is 7-7.5. I feel like I’m creating a monster! I’m really noticing a difference, with no side effects so far! Whoever invented PE deserves a Nobel prize!


There goes my TP virginity.

I’ve been searching up for an archive to the Newbie routines. Can anyone recommend a safe, easy and detailed routine to start with? Hoping to make gains at least in the next 3 months.

Hi! I have been over viewing this forum doing my research over the last few months. Today I felt as though I have read enough information for myself to start committing to one of the newbie routines. I went very easy on myself, and feel as though I executed the entire process quite well. From what I have read I believe I have begun a new chapter in my life. I am eager to keep researching and to find more alternatives to change my routine over time once the newbie routine is insufficient. I thought I would begin posting a little bit on this forum to encourage and motivate myself over time, and improve my overall learning experience.

Still Deciding

To be honest, I have yet to start any PE; I am still weighing the pros and cons. However, I really appreciate everyone’s posts, this is a great forum.

I always find it odd when guys come here, then don’t just get on with the Newbie Routine as soon as they have read it. At least try doing it lightly - your penis can intuitively tell you a lot about PE that your brain doesn’t understand just from reading. But once you have started, the more reading you do here, the better! :)

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

First Post

Well I might as well get this first post done. I just started some basic jelqing and stretching for a few minutes a day to get used to it. Next week I’m going to start a full on Newbie routine. I became interested in PE because my wife of 10 years has given me three beautiful children, and it has left her much larger than before kids. So I’m mainly looking to add a ton of girth, length is a solid BPEL of 6” girth is a pathetic 4.75” or slightly more. The look on her face when she gets fed a thick toy tells me she is in need of more thickness so wish me luck.

Hi Ffcaucasian, I am at 4.75” girth too and questing for thickness. I hope we can achieve it.
