A good plan. Most of the questions anyone has had have been addressed somewhere in the forum, but if you’re genuinely stumped and can’t find the answer, the guys here are great about helping a brother out! Good luck and good gains!

Intro

Ladies and Gentlemen,

My opinion of PE before finding this forum was, what I expect is similar to the majority of people, that it doesn’t work, and that it exists to steal people’s money.

I liked the feel and honesty of this community so much, especially the awesome before and after shots, that I decided to give PE a try. I had my first beginners session yesterday; my penis feels good today, like my body after a solid workout. So with a couple of rest days I’ll be at it again.

My BPEL is 6.9 and EG: 5.24 My goal is: BPEL: 7.9 and EG: 6 (hope I wrote the acronyms correctly :) )

My stats are

NBPEL = 4.5”
BPEL = 5”
EG = 4”

I am looking forward to making gains :) even just a little :P

My BPEL is 6.5 and my EG is 5.2. I prefer a tape measure myself and on that I’m 6.75 NBPEL. I’m hoping to at least reach 7 inches in length but all I care about is becoming mega thick and achieving a giant glans.

Hey all! I have always been skeptical about this stuff but after some research I found that jelqing seemed to yield some impressive results among just about everyone who had tried it and stuck to it. I had seem horror stories of guys who do PE exercises and damage their penis’ so that they cannot get an erection or actually cause the scar tissue near the base of the penis to heal a certain way that actually lessened their size!

I am very serious about this and want to do it the right way. I see many different types of PE, not just jelqing but I am worried about the injuries and such.

There are a lot of different routines and for different results (I.e. Girth, length, stamina) so it is kind of overwhelming and I am just trying to figure out what I should do but I am very lost.

I hope I can get some insight from you guys who have been through this and came out successful.

Don’t over do it even though it’s tempting to.

I have tried tons of different things and combinations of things over the years. I had totally worn my penises out at one time. A few good months of rest and no PE put everything back in order. It also got bigger afterwards. So rest is just as important from my experience.
