Thanks Memento, I will take few more days before starting it, I’d like to take some pics as well and that will take a few days to setup. I can understand how it can get boring and repetitive but I hope that I can keep it up. I think that because I can do stretching and warming up while doing something else (watching a tv show for example) it should make it easier. I have some questions about jelqing but I will search for it first.

I’ve been lurking for a while now, quietly reading and taking in the wealth of information. Seems like people are actually seeing serious gains! This is very encouraging. Whenever I feel particularly down about my junk I remember that you guys are awesome and just read stories for a bit. Anyway, thought it was about time to lose my posting virginity. Really hoping to see some girth gains. I am Asian, and I’ve heard all of the size jokes about Asians and never could really deny them.

Mostly a lurker, and that’s probably how I’ll remain. Started seriously doing PE about 2 weeks ago (before basically jelqed like 2 times a month). I’m a serious grower, close to 5.5” bone pressed when fully erect but less than 1.5” when fully retracted. No lady friend has complained about the size yet (mostly because I’m 4.5” around at the base), but I’m hoping to become a little more of a shower. And maybe add some length if I can he he. Really like the forum, keeps me motivated.

I’ve been lurking for about 4 years now. I tried only one exercise during the time. When I did, I felt a sharp pain in my unit and one of the veins was protruding . Took a couple of weeks to heal from that, and I seem to have lost quality of my erections since then. Needless to say, I was sort of scared away from PE (still wonder what happened. I think I was too erect for the exercise I was doing).

I’ve always been on the bigger side (7.25x5.5). My size is constantly exaggerated and pretty much every girl I’ve been with acts like I have some sort of monster. However, I still want to get to around 9.5-10 IN (A perfectly sane reasonable goal). Dunno how I should go about achieving this. Probably should start with the Noobie routine, but yeeaaa, still nervous

Hi. I’m new here. Greetings from Poland. To be honest I’m quite comfortable with my size but my mindset is: You can always do better! So why not try PE? I have not yet started full schedule but I’m goin to do that for sure, and that why I’m browsing this forum. My question is: can someone explain me all that acronyms that some of You have in signatures? Or is there any dictionary here?

PS. English is not my native language and I know my grammar skills are not the best so please be nice and forgive me if I made a mistake.

MINEisCOOL here. I’m a new Jelqer, thinking of starting a Kegels program also, and I’m also considering pumping.

My PE experience and relevant info:

I’ve been Jelqing here and there circa three to four years ago. However, this was nowhere near consistent enough to see any (lasting?) gains. I have been doing Kegels on my own whenever I remember to since the same time.

I am a 21 year old student at a university, I weight train around 6 days a week, I follow a diet plan called Intermittent Fasting - A funny video by TheHodgeTwins on you tube can give you an introduction to it if you are unaware and interested, and during my eat-window, which is usually 8-10 hours of eating, I try to eat around 3,300 calories. Also, I have purchased a slew of supplements for bodybuilding. These supplements also supposedly can be beneficial for PE. I’ll say here that I had slight problems with ED around two years ago from what I believe was over-Jelqing. It also happened when I was having a MFM threesome, I think I was just nervous though. I will be careful in this regimen though, I want to improve my EQ and dimensions! I usually can inch out around 7 to 7.1 inches of length and around 5.3 inches of girth. I may be mistaken but I think I saw slight gains at at least one point. At one point I measure out to around 7.4 inches of length and around 5.5 inches of girth. Could have been a mistake though. Anyways, that’s not important.

I’m trying to make a commitment to myself to grow to 8”x6”. I’ll be posting here regularly to stay motivated and learn whatever I can.
