I’m new to all of this. Trying it for the first time. I measure with a raging hard on just under 5.75” BPEL and about 5” in girth. I’m mainly interested in length gain. And I’m just doing 30 min stretching in the morning and 30 min at night. 3 days on 1 off. Pulling straight out , up , down , left , and right. Holding at the end for 5 seconds. More of a stretching approach then jelqing.

Those starting numbers are basically the same as my own. I would suggest looking into the - Modified Newbie Routine. I am using it and having good success with length thus far.

Hi. I’ve read quite a lot of threads here. But this is my first post. Really great site. I’ve been practicing kegels for a few years, and came to jelq about 6 months ago, thanks to this site. I read all I found, and have made good gains. I was disappointed about my 5.9BPEL X 4.7, and now, I’m proud of my 7.1 BPEL X 5.3

Thunder’s place really changed my life. And I think I will continue for a long time. I don’t have any particular goal, except a big fat dick ( the famous 8x6 seems what I’m running after, but I don’t think I’ll stop there ).

I’ve already popped my cherry but I figure I’m still new enough to post here.

I’ve been PEing since I first joined this forum. No measurements and no accountability yet but I do believe I’m starting to see results.

Wife has commented on how good my erections are and she seems to be puzzled by a new found fullness. I’m happy so far.

I’ve known about thunders for a few years (signed up ages ago) and have been off and on with PE since. Right now I’m 7x5.5 and I would really love to reach 9x6.

However I seem to have a hard time really putting intense effort into it… almost like I’m afraid of getting results. I think if I could just be able to have consistently raging hard erections then I’d be happy.

I’ve bought almost every PE device out there and I either end up not having the time to use them or I get frustrated with discomfort/hassles involved in using them. It’s probably time for me to move on to advanced stretching. I’m using the AutoEXT/waist setup now as an ADS.

All I need is some kind of “newbie” gain and I’m sure I’ll get really motivated.

Had previously started p.e for a month with no gains, but then stopped.
I have now decided to take it more seriously and last week began a 1 day on 1 off program. I plan to build this up to a 2day on, 1 off program over the coming weeks. After 5 sessions, I’ve already noticed I have to be careful with intensity. Noticeable small red dots and increased sensitivity.

Basically, I warm up (5-10mins), manual stretch and a-stretch, and wet jelq (10mins).
As I’m used to jelqing from the last time I started p.e, I feel I have tended to over do the intensity, especially through kegeling.

My goal is a gain of 1.5cms in length and whatever I can get in girth. I have no real time-frame for this goal, but ideally I would like to achieve it in under a year, but more importantly keep the gains forever.

I havent seen growth yet so I am still not a believer yet.only a dreamer.

I seem to come back everytime I get a new girlfriend. If only I were smart enough to keep it up the whole time. We’ll see what happens this time around…

I have not made many posts yet as I`m still trying to understand the terms for the various exercises described. I have never tried any of them exactly as described but I guess I have done them in a different way.

In my twenties I measured 6,3/8”, now I`m 7,7/8” so I must be doing something right. My girth is over 7” and my wife already finds it a bit big. I have found some pills and creams which keep it really heavy— it really swings when I walk. I`m not sure if I should continue trying to enlarge as I don`t really want any extra girth, but I would like an extra inch or two.

I am fairly new here at Thunders, but I have been in the PE game for a couple years now. I primarily have been using and extender, jelqing and doing kegels. I joined Thunders because I am interested in some more advanced girth routines. Clamping has caught my eye so far :) I have not posted much because here is ALOT of information here to go through! Believe me once I have questions that I cannot find using the ‘search’ then you will be seeing alot more of me :)

My Story:

I have to admit I am the epitome of a skeptic. I can’t remember how I stumbled across this site. I’m sure it was a related PE search.
Seeing it was free sparked my interest. I thought “what do I have to loose?” Anyway, this was in May 06 and I officially started a “routine” in June 06.
Like most others when I saw my first gains I thought I was just measuring wrong. Well, 5 months later, I am a believer. So far, I have gained 5/8” EL and 1/4” EG in four months. Like others I have gone “gung-ho” which may have contributed to dwindling gains (no EG gain since Aug and no EL gain this month so far.) I’m thinking I may be overdoing it. So, at the end of the month I will re-access. If you are a beginner or a doubter. Let me assure you, it DOES work!! You just have to find what works for you. A huge thanks to all who have made this site a success. It is very much appreciated. I hadn’t posted so far thinking I didn’t have much to contribute but I just wanted to say “hey” and “thanks!”
