Hi everyone. Newbie again, still trying to read through and process all information. I’m going to do the newbie routine. Done it a couple of times last week just to “feel it out” and see if I had any problems. It’s actually quite enjoyable! I’m looking for ways to increase my flaccid length, as it is quite frankly pathetic. I am 45, disabled and unable to exercise very much so have put on wait (about 5 stone overweight) and my penis is virtually disappearing now! In general all that shows is my glans, no shaft at all. This has become more of an issue for me as I have just had to be circumcised (4th April 2011). However, on the plus side I am a grower and fully erect I’m about 6” long and rock hard. I would estimate my LOT as 7:30 (ish). I have very well developed PC (Is that right? I can ‘kegel’ VERY hard). I am not worried about my erect length or girth, just flaccid length.

I realise that loosing weight will help, and I am trying (honest).

Hello all.
I was going to make my first post my starting pictures but after seeing the title I couldn’t resist.
I’ve mostly been reading through posts, looking at different methods, and I’ve come to the conclusion that I will probably make a Captains wench, do a few manual stretches, maybe Jelqing, and horse squeezes as my “routine”.

For measuring should you take the largest, smallest, or an average of your recordings?
Just asking because I wouldn’t want to say I have a 7” cock when on really bad days it’s more like 6.25” BPEL
