I’m still way new to PE. My greatest issue last time I tried was Getting erections as soon as I started any kind of excercise. So if someone can direct me to a resource to calm that down. That would be very helpful!
Take slow deep breaths, stand up and tense large muscle groups on your body (not your PC muscle) that should lower your sail.

Any help would b appreciated greatly kuz I’m black and I only hang about an inch (so serious) and that’s embarrassing so PLZ help
I joined recently after my wife indicated that she might enjoy and extra few inches. I would be happy with 2, but I have seemingly under-estimated the discipline involved. Two questions: Would it be reasonable to expect 1 inch after 3 months? I also get an erection every time I do the exercises. I just have a wank and then do the exercises afterwards. Is that OK?

I’ve been lurking around these forums for a while, and have gained some valuable insight and inspiration. Over the past couple years I’ve only gone from 7 BPEL to 7.25 BPEL and haven’t really noticed any girth changes, but now I’m getting serious into the routine. Just got a bathmate and I’m using it primarily as a warm-up device in lieu of a hot-wrap, and it really is effective as that. I clamp and do jelqs, and I am about to make a silicon sleeve for an ADS and hang with it as well.
Once I get my shit together and find my ruler I’ll take some pics so I can gauge my progress. Right now I’m 7.25 x 5; my long term goal is 8 x 6.

Live in Australia and discovered these forums only recently. I’ve actually been trawling the internet for something similar for about a year now and strangely never found this site before. It’s pretty much exactly what I was looking for, real guys with the same issues as me trading tried and true suggestions. For the first time in my life I have hope.
I’m married and 31 and had a complex about my smallish knob for years. While my wife and I have enjoyed a pretty outstanding sex life, her being an easy cummer, I’ve never been happy with my contribution. Added to the problem is the fact I’m a big guy 6’5 and currently about 130 kilos, once fit now fat.
Now I’m hitting 32 next month, I’m getting pudgy and after a vasectomy middle of last year followed by several months of painful epidermal infection I’ve noticed my EQ taking a dive over the last few months. Hopefully I can pick up some advice on improving my EQ as well as size. Going to start the Newbie suggested regime this week.
Here’s an opening question. Does anyone use Viagra as part of their PE routine? Is this advised or discouraged?
And anyone in Australia know how easy it is to get Viagra on prescription?
I’m Agrobumb as you may know. I’m here to better my size of course. I’ve been given compliments about my 7 1/2 member; but it doesn’t hurt to add a bit of girth or length. I hope being here can give me the confidence to endure this PE regime and it’s great to meet you all.
Hello all PE”RS . I have been doing PE faithfully for about 4 months give or take.
Pre PE stats. BPEL 7.0 EG 5.5 Current PE stats. BPEL 7.75 EG 5.62
My goal for 2011 is to get at 8” BPEL and hit the 6” EG.
Is that realistic enough?
I’d say is in the realm of possibilities, Perfect.
I’ve been interested in PE for a while, but I finally decided to get serious and register here. I’ll post up some measurements soon and start tracking my results.
