well.. I thought i saw gains the first weeks but it was all in my head… I’ve now been doing the newbie routine for 7 weeks… And no gains..! Im loosing motivation and believe in this shit!! Dont know what to do, believe and expect?

Nissen, a lot of guys don’t make gains on the Newbie Routine (though most do). It’s great that you’ve been doing it for 7 weeks; that means that soon you should be able to branch out and try some more intense exercises safely.

Are you pursuing length, girth, or both right now?

Both lenght and girth yes(: But Girth is what i want the most..! My length is already ok..! But girth isnt..!

With 7 weeks under your belt, you should be okay to add some girth-specific exercises to your routine. Adding some jelq squeezes might jumpstart your gains. Check around the forums for girth-specific manual exercises. Or you might consider trying pumping. Stay far away from clamping for now.

Well, i really hate jelqing …! I’ve just ordered a hanger, and will just focus on length and maybe straighten out my penis.. Does hanging help correcting curves? Guess it must? a little?

For some it does. For others it doesn’t.

It was in my third and fourth month that I made some definite gains. My measuring techniques were kind of shitty at the beginning so I’m not sure how much I gained, but I’m sure it’s in the area of 1/2 inch now in my seventh month. I know this because there is no way I could consistently measure 7 3/4 erect ever before in my life. Now I do. So, the damn thing must have grown.
