Hey everybody. I’m currently at a 5.5 x 4.25 and all I’m looking to do is girth up. The length, for me, is fine.

I wouldn’t be abject to any incidental growth in length, but all I’m really looking to do is girth up, perhaps to 4.5 or 4.75 or so.

Any exercises just for this?

You should just crack on with the newbie routine. Warming stretching and jelqing will increase length and girth which is always good. I gained an 1/8” girth in two weeks of the routine.

Start of with the newbie routine. I personally have seen all of my gains from pretty much manual work. I have gained a lot of length not so much in girth. I’ve almost gained about 3/4” in length in 9 months and about 1/8 of an inch in girth. The girth came at beginning when I was jelquing much more frequently. Now I mainly just do lots of stretching and once in a while I’ll do a little bit of clamping but not enough to really give any permanent girth gains. I think I can gain another 3/4” in another year and if I dedicate myself I think I can gain about a quarter to a half inch in girth in the same time. What I can recommend is to take measurements everyday for the first week and use the best measurement as your baseline. Absolutely do this so that you know that anything better than your initial is an actual gain. I still can’t believe I have made these gains but looking back at my progress threads shows that I was measuring much much less 9 months ago.

I think I might start slowly, strengthening up my PC with towel hangs and the like before I get into some real PE (baby steps, right?)

Hey dude I’m in around the same boast as you. I’m roughly 7” erect and just over 5” girth but I want more girth! Length really doesn’t bother me as much. Hows your exercises and routine? Do you follow a certain pattern? Good luck and all the best!

I’m gonna start light with towel hangs and kegels (several sets every night), just to get harder (and possibly slightly thicker) erections and see where that leads me. From then on out, I’m not sure just yet.

Yeah I have started doing helicopter shakes just to get the penis limper. Have you looked into the newbie routine? I’m not really following a certain routine.. Just adding bits in here and there

I’m not really following a routine (don’t have the time I’m afraid), so I’m just gonna piece together exercises that I am capable of in that certain timeframe and see what kind of gains I get. I’m not entirely unhappy with my penis as it is (neither is my GF) so everything is just icing on the cake as far as I’m concerned.

But yeah I don’t have the time ether, living with my gf and her mum n her bf there is just no personal space really.. And my gf doesn’t even know about PE and me.. My GF doesn’t know about the PE either, so hopefully she’ll enjoy the gains (if any).

So, I’ve devised a little implement here, which is simple enough: Took a big rockstar can and punctured holes through the sides near the top of the can and ran some string through.

I wrap using a wet cloth & lightly secure it with rubber bands, then I can fill the rockstar can with as much water as I think I can do. As my PC muscles get stronger, I can increase weight by adding more and more water.

Hm, what exactly are towel hangs supposed to do? Improve erection quality? I would most definitely like to do that, but I fear that it would lower my erection angle. I would like to keep a high erection angle (without having to kegel or anything).

As far as I know that’s the idea. I don’t think it would lower erection angle, though. You’re essentially strengthening the muscles that keep your wang up.
