Nope, but it is going to make my PC stronger, for sure. It’s like kegels, but with extra weight on your wang.

After you do that for awhile I will be interested in knowing how it works out and what improvements you see. Maybe you can get it strong enough to lift your girlfriend, if she is light enough. :)

It’s a test for now. If the flowing blood gets me a little extra length or girth (even .1”) I’ll be sure to post for you guys.
