Looking to advance my routine
Hi, I have not posted often here.
I started PE with the newbie routine on 1/6/08, my BPEL was 5.5 inches. I struggle to believe that now and maybe I was measuring wrong, but my BPEL now is 6.4 inches! Needless to say the PE has been working for me.
Right now my routine consists of 5 minutes heat, 200 jelqs, warm up again for a few minutes and another 200 then warm down. I do a couple minutes of kegels around the routine, and I do this for 2 days on 1 day off.
Having just finished a routine, I feel like I’ve had a significant workout but I felt like I could have done more. Maybe I’m getting ahead of myself, but I would like to start doing some stretches, if anyone can recommend any.
Right now I just hold my dick underneath the glans and stretch it out as far as I can when flaccid and hold for say 30 seconds after I warm up before my jelqs. If anyone knows of good stretches to add I’d be glad to hear of them.
When I started I said my goal was to reach 6 inches EL, now my BPEL is 6.4, but my NBPEL is still only 5.7/8 inches, or 5 and 12/16ths. Still I’m happy with my progress and hopefully if I keep up the routine and advance it I’ll reach a NBPEL of 6 inches + by the end of the year.
