Looking Lenght and a bit of Girth

Being a member here for a whilst now but mostly just being doing research and some reading, finding out what works for some and not for others; then cross-referencing it to work out a plan for myself.
I started out PEing about three years ago when I bought a vac hanger, never really got round to using the hanger part and as I was inexperienced with no knowledge I quickly gave up on the pump too! Got back into it just under two years ago and made decent progress, even used some chemical PE which worked pretty well but after a few months on & off and getting into a relationship I gave up, until now!
So my STATS are:
BPEL: 5.75”
NBPEL: 5”
EG: 5.5”
EGM: 5.5”
EGG: 5”
FL: 4.5”
FG: 4.5”
My girth also shoots up to 5.75”+ either during sex or when I wore a cock ring lol!
MY ROUTINE:
Warm Up 5mins
Manual Stretches 5mins
Hanging 6lb 30mins X2
Dry Jelq 50 X2 moving up to 100, etc
Kegels 50/day
Balloon/Edging 30mins/day
I hang 4 days a week, M,Tu,Th,F with Jelq done after same days.
Kegels, mix between erect and flaccid kegels.
SUPPLEMENTS:
L-Arginine EE 1g x2 daily
Zinc 30mg daily
Basically I want to increase my length to my goal of 8” and am trying to find out what works best and what you guys think will help. Really thinking about buying a ADS or using lead tape(wrapped in electricians tape) to help keep it in an elongated state.
Goal Now: 8x6.5
Also I’m uncut so any tips from any other uncut guys?
