Hello all.

I’ve been lurking for awhile, reading, researching, watching alot of videos.. It’s abit intimidating being afraid of false information being out there about shortcuts, etc, but one thing for certain is that PE takes alot of hard work..

My problem is that I’m extremely busy throughout the day until I’m basically passed out in bed. What I’ve been searching for is if there’s a way I can do PE while still keeping my hands busy with work after I get home. Stretchers, pumps.. They’re all new to me and I’m just curious.. How far can I go without jelqing, which requires prep, moisturizing, and alot of hands on time. Would I be able to fit PE into my life using some hands-off approaches that just take time?

I know it’s an opaque question, but if anyone could put me in the right direction, what paths should I be looking at? Am I being foolish for wanting something I can just use while I’m working on projects from home?

I guess you will need to find some time off to be able to PE (20 minutes minimum I believe).

By keeping yourself busy that way, your health willl take some serious hit (affecting negatively you entire body and mind … your penis too).

Drascol I feel the same way due to an injury to my left arm and hand. If you can find the time stretching whenever you can goes a long way I promise. I am also looking into ADS or another form of light p.e to maintain my small yet gradual gains.

I will tell you something to save you time, but I think it can be DANGEROUS. I will write it again it can be dangerous as injury alert.

Here goes, you can do some stretches and some dry jelqing before going to bed. It will require 10 minutes. Say 3 sets of 5 sec stretches in all directions and 30 jelqs adding 10 per week until reaching 100.c 5 days on 2 days off. Adjust properly if it is too much, you will judge that.

After that take a full week break.

Now, what is the danger of this. In PE you need heat, constant heating is the best, but a proper warm up is the least you can do. If you are starting now the lack of heating will make it a lot easier for you to injure yourself. A LOT easier. Doesn’t mean it is going to happen but it is too easy to happen.

The second drawback is that there is a good chance without heating to gain nothing. Now, many believe that, me… let’s just say I doubt it. Of course I know that with heating gains come faster or surely, but I believe it can be done without it. Don’t get me wrong heating is essential and crucial in PE, but I am trying to save you time here.

So, if you want to give it a try, VERY carefully, your call, I am gonna say again that it is dangerous.

So to reinterate.. Air pumping, stretchers.. Are these NOT hands-off methods I could implement within a busy schedule?

It’s a cheap stretcher. The kind people have likely seen all over.

I had hoped I could use it some hours of the day while working on the computer, then do some airpumping at night while also working on the PC.. But after reading many threads it seems like things are more involved then I had realized, and the details are staggering.. So I wanted to just know where I should focus my researching for what works for me.

If you want to see how much time can be involved in pumping, just have a look at my progress report… not as easy as I thought, that’s for sure, lol

I think the best option for you is to buy a microwave heating pad, and shove it down your pants (loose fitting pants) while you are working on your computer, just before bed. (try to wrap it around your penis as much as possible). That’s your warm up sorted.

Then do your 10 mins of stretches/Jelqs like Bill suggested.

After, grab your microwave heating pad again, (heat it up again) and go to sleep with it wrapped around your penis (warm down)

Have a look at the Linear Routine, and stay away from gear until you have finished that.
